Ive had a lot of work done over the years. Ian is great bloke i must say its always a pleasent experience. They are all very professional, friendly and very helpful and great reasonable prices. Which is always a bonus i would definitely recommend them 100% and i have a few times.

Needed an MOT on my open top sports car. As it’s October I needed to be able to drop the car off and wait for the car without leaving it out in the rain. Ian was very obliging and fitted the MOT early while it was dry. Great service.

Brilliant service. I had a puncture whilst on holiday and phoned up to see if they were able to help. The receptionist went to check they had the right size in stock and phoned me back to confirm 10mins later. I drove down and within 15mins they had fitted a new tyre to the rim, and fitted the wheel back on the car. Thank you guys and girls!

Fantastic place, Happy friendly and active staff who always know what there doing, and in the rare occasion they don't they always find a safe, legal way around it and get the job done. Absolutely fantastic company. They have excellent Office Staff and Phone Management. A big thumbs up and well done!

Brilliant service - punctured/flat tyre - damaged wheel/tyre collected when spare put on by their recovery (Morse Motors Lechlade, excellent also), who took to garage - new one ordered same day & fitted next morning - speedy service, fair prices too.

We had a problem with our car on the way back up north. We were at Gloucester Services and found IWS on Google. Ian gave advice over the telephone and our problem was solved. Ian didn't have give to give this free advice and could have pushed for a call out and charged for this. Very nice man and seemed genuine. If you are in hos area, give him a try.....I would! Honest. Professional. Friendly. Reasonable. Not much more you can ask of a garage is there? We've moved away from the local area but I will still make the journey to have Ian and his team look after our cars as you know you'll get a great job done and will pay what the job is worth and not a penny more. Ian spent weeks sourcing a new glovebox for my partner so she didn't have to fork out full whack for a new one and today with no fuss sorted out the balance on my wheels and took care of invoicing the garage I bought the car from. Wholeheartedly recommend this garage. Ben Fox

This guy is a life saver, rang him quite late at night for a replacement tyre, came out 6am the next morning because I had work at 7am, couldn't get the tyre off the alloy so he took the tyre with him to get it off at the depot, he then met me at my work on my lunch break and fitted my tyre! Like I said he's a life save and I would recommend him to everyone! Nice guy aswell, turned up with a smile!

I needed my car repairing as an emergency whilst in the area. They booked me in the day after I called and had the car fixed within the working hours of the garage. The cost of the main work was OK but charging £16+ to change two fog light bulbs whilst the bumper was off the car isn't really acceptable.
