I found the lady on the phone very friendly and helpful. I met the mechanic when I dropped the car off described the problem he pretty much diagnosed the problem then and there, again very friendly. Cost was bang on what the Internet predicted. I felt I had a great speedy friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again.
