My car broke down unexpectedly and every garage was fully booked for 2 + weeks however the guys at TL automotive managed to not only take my car in that day but have it ready by 9am the next day. Unbelievable service and the best and most friendly guys i will for sure use this garage from now on! Don’t hesitate to use them 🙌🏼👍🏼

Absolutely brilliant service! My car broke between Christmas and new year and I phoned about 20 garages and nobody answered and then I found these guys on a whim who answered and was luckily only round the corner from where I was, told me to come straight down and had it fixed within a couple of hours for me! Prices are really good and their nice blokes. Also being a young female, a few places in the past have tried over charging me and taking the p**s whereas this wasn't the case with these guys which means a lot, their very honest and helpful! Would highly recommend, I'm now sticking with them!

Used this company multiple times for replacement brake discs and pads, replace a broken spring and for new tyres. Each time I have received excellent service at reasonable prices. They explain what is being done, why it needs to be fixed and show me on the car (if possible) the part they have fixed or replaced. I will be using this company again and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I highly recommend TL Automotive. My previous car was written off with a broken timing belt and in this pandemic I was desperate for a reliable car. I found TL automotive via Autotrader. The 58 plate Ford Fusion I bought was as advertised and I was confident by their manner of conducting business and the extra work of tracking down the service history that I was dealing with a very reputable business. The 6 month warranty that came with the car gave me extra piece of mind. Unfortunately the car had a problem with an injector which the warranty covered and everything was replaced and repaired. During this period TL Automotive guided me about using the warranty and their aftersales help was brilliant. It's easy to like a company when everything is fine but when things do go wrong it's the best companies that step up and help to resolve problems. So glad I found TL Automotive I'm one very happy customer. Thank you.

This garage was amazing. Broke down on the M5 but managed to cripple it to this garage. Garage was very friendly, helpful and more than willing to get us back on the road ASAP to continue the journey to Looe. We broke down at 1100 and was back on the road by 1500. Absolutely superb service

Hi, so recently my clutch went on my car so I jumped straight on-to Google and was looking for a garage to fix it. I really took a shot in the dark with this garage, didn't read any reviews or nothing (all I did was pick up the phone & call) .... very rookie mistake... that turned out to be something possitive. Told them the situation and got a fair quote and a decent eta to fix the car. I had the car towed there the same day, unaccompanied by the RAC. They got on with the job and kept me updated, come in within budget, and the car is all working again! Managed to pay over the phone and pick the car up a few hours ago at a time that suited me (1am UK time) Garages always get bad reps for trying to rip customers of, this garage isn't one of them and was genuine and straight. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and come back with any future issues. Thank you again for your assistance 😊

Me and my partner broke down late Friday night on our way down to Cornwall from Yorkshire. We got towed to this garage by the RAC, and they managed to get our car fixed and good to go Saturday morning, ready for us to pick up on our way home Sunday. Communication from them was excellent, and they went all out to get the part and get the job done for us.

Rebecca Leccacorvi · 6 seconds ago Brilliant service. I have a T4 that had a blown turbo, cracked head, bent pistons, shagged cam and fan belt plus any other little nit bits - a real number! And the guys here had it up and running in about 2 weeks. Massive thanks to Ashley who did majority of the work, put it through an mot for me and carried out the work required on the failures (driveshaft casing split, new tyre and back break calipers). Only had 2 minor advisories which Ashley has offered to correct those too. All in all an excellent garage, good customer service and friendly faces! Not at all daunting like some places I've been. Ashley told me that he's worked with old VW's for a long time and enjoys doing so, highly recommended.
