I have a Rover 420Gsi, which is quite a rare car now and parts are limited. A coolant pipe had corroded, was leaking coolant and the car was unable to be driven. I contacted Whitepost, they came and reviewed the situation, and rather than "we can't fix it without the part" they took a "hands-on" approach and said they would divert the pipe etc. In 2 days I had my car back with re-routed copper piping, coolant hoses and a fixed vehicle! Not only this.. but I mentioned that my remote lock was broken. No problem. Made a phone call, drove my car to a locksmith and got that replaced and re-programmed as well. These people have a "can do" attitude and I'm very impressed. I am mechanically-minded and appreciate the creative thought and work that went into this non-standard repair. Professional. First Class. Old-fashioned, bespoke customer service. 11/10 from me. Thanks a Million.

my car (Golf) failed MOT, day before yesterday, and i asked the MOT people when they can fix it, they told me not in the next 2 weeks. Many people i called were not responsive or time wasters. In the meantime, I spoke to Roger and he told me he too if busy, but as i told i have taken days off to cover the days, he did make some space for fixing the issues as they were not big items. Got it fixed on time before my booked slot and Thank God, it passed today. There are not many people left like him. Thoroughly professional, on time , reasonable . I will use him again in the future.

Got quoted some ridiculous prices just on labour by a franchise dealer to replace trailing arm bushes and rear discs/pads on my car after a service, gave Whitepost a call and was delighted with the price they quoted for parts and labour. Really good independent garage, work carried out quickly, dropped it off in the afternoon at last minute, and the car was ready by lunchtime the following day. Car was clean, work was spot on and the price was excellent, proper mechanics and hard to beat prices. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Really pleased with the service I received at Whitepost Garage today. Had front discs and pads changed on my Astra GTC as well as MOT, all done in the morning at a fair price. When I looked at other garages around the area, they were really expensive especially for such a simple job. Rang them up to get me out of trouble after poor experiences with a large franchise garage. Roger couldn't have been more helpful. He rang regularly to keep me updated and got the job done in reasonable time. It would have been done a lot quicker if it wasn't for incorrect parts being supplied but that's not in the garages control so i can't fault them on that. Roger ended up driving to Worcester just to collect the part i needed to get me back on the road. Absolutely fantastic service and i'll be taking my car and my partners car to him from now on. Very very impressed.

Wife and I have been using this place for a few years now. We have our service and to MOT done here. We were paying through the nose at other garages. Always keep us informed as to what is going on with our vehicle. We recommend to everyone we know. Service is fantastic!

Fitted a clutch and flywheel on my BMW at short notice and a very good price. I found the staff extremely polite and courteous. The garage is around a 30 minute walk from the centre of Gloucester, or alternatively they operate a very efficient pick up and drop off service at no extra charge. What can i say, I was genuinely impressed by the overall service and long may this garage last! Many many thanks chaps

Excellent! Save me over £1,000 based on a quote from a national chain. Roger and team did a first class injector change on my Mercedes and fitted new disks. Had a long history of expensive repairs with so-called approved garages which put me off the brand. Excellent customer service, they have carried out a fair amount of work for my wife’s car and my car. Very competitive prices. Will pick up and deliver the car for free. Very friendly. When my car had a hole in its exhaust they picked it up and tried to weld it free of charge, but it had rusted through and needed replacing. They put in a new exhaust for half the price of the dealership. And their work comes with a warranty.

I was looking around to get my clutch replaced on my old 2003 ford focus,so i rang up and these guys put in a very decent quote. A vast difference between what a main Ford Main Dealer would charge me. Ok,I was a bit apprehensive on approach,thinking to myself,small unit,too good to be true.... type of thing. I met the Governor,who looked like a proper old school, no nonsense type of guy,a bit like myself. He was very polite,friendly,assuring and very helpful. In a moment my apprehensions diminished and i made up my mind there and then. A small ,but obviously a successful business with from what i saw,a proper team of mechanics working methodically together and very happy customers !! I received a phone call to say my car was ready and made my way back down there. Suitably impressed to see my car parked up ready for me to collect and the unit very busy with cars having their clutches replaced and more happy customers smiling. I used to work in a garage and still do a lot of routine work myself. Cold weather,arthritis stopped my motivation and i had no free time to fix it myself. For the quote and service I received,I am more than happy. Whitepost Garage/Fast Fit Clutch Centre, I Would definitely recommend to all. As anyone in the trade knows, a oily pair of hands and a blackened face means you are in great hands,because the guys are busy (always a good sign,) and not afraid to get dirty working under any car! Great service - found on a comparison site as needed to replace my cam belt and a few other bits. Halfords had quoted over £500 but Whitepost came in a £240, with free pickup and collection from my house in Cheltenham. The people who answered the phone was very professional and polite, gave great service and now my car sounds great and even better than when I bought it!

Needed to get my cambelt changed on a 57 Plate Ford Mondeo 2.5T. Part of the job you have to change the Water Pump. I called several places including Bristol Street Ford and put a request on FixMyCar. Roger came back with a price. Nearly half that of Ford and other local Garages. The car went in and the work was completed within a day. Great job, I cannot recommend them enough. They even gave me a small bag advertising their company to hold my locking wheel nut. Nice touch, its the small things that give you that warm feeling about using that garage again.
