Recently bought an S350 diesel knowing it had a fuel tank sender issue. Kirk sorted the problem and a few others that I was unaware of. Kirk knows his stuff!

Last May I bought a Mercedes C320 Cdi estate, which turned out to be an absolute dog. The details from Kirk's inspection of the car gave me the confidence, and evidence, to reject the car and I got my money back from the selling dealer. Later in the year I bought another Merc, this time a C350 Cdi estate, which was much better (that wouldn't have been hard) but had a recent problem with a sticking thermostat. It turns out thermostats for the engine in my car are as rare as hens' teeth at the moment, just can't be found anywhere. However, Kirk was able to make a successful repair and all is well. I have been very impressed with Auto Elite's professionalism and knowledge. Also Chloe, their reception person, is always approachable, friendly and helpful. In fact I would rate her customer service skills way ahead of a certain local main dealer, who I also had to visit recently. I always use specialists for my cars and am very happy to recommend Auto Elite if you're in the market for someone to look after your Mercedes.

Can't praise Mike and all at Auto Elite enough for identifying and repairing an 'engine light on' problem with my infiniti Q50D. Fault traced to exhaust sensor, difficult to trace part ordered and fitted. Back on the road in no time at all. Great engineering knowledge and skills combined with excellent customer care.
