Excellent from start to finish. Prompt on the day assessment and exemplary service and repair. I was cash paying, not through insurance and they were able to turn around a new door in a week! Sarah and the team were friendly and helpful. Would greatly recommend again.

They spoke to you and kept you well informed, they was busy but still promt and in my experience a busy garage are the best garages, word of mouth and repeat custom is the best review you can get. I've just had a repair done to my car after a small accident. AVIVA referred me to Fraser Accident Repair as their approved repairer. What a cracking company to deal with, they were so professional in all aspects, communications, collection, repair and delivery. I recently had my car repaired by Frasers The service I received was first class, from the initial estimate, booking in, updates on progress to the final completion of the work. The staff on reception were brilliant as was Graham. Their business is professional and very smart unlike the majority of body shops. The extensive repair is faultless and I am very pleased with it. I hope I don't need another repair, but If I do, this company will be my first choice. I will have no hesitation in recommending them.

From the moment I turned up on site for a quote right the way through to my car being delivered back to me repaired (and clean and shiny!!) the team were magnificant. Excellent job done on my Landrover Sport. A bit pricey, but the parts used are direct from Landrover. They do not compromise with quality. Excellent communication with updates throughout on the car repair. A courtesy car provided as well. Highly recommended.
