Amazing service. Everyone will make sure you leave happy. They fitted a DAB system in my volvo but it didn’t meet my expectations so they took it off and put a stereo in (which is already challenging) for a great price. Amazing place and amazing people. Would definately recommend

All throughout my interactions with Steve, He was always giving a warm smile and soft spoken. He was well mannered and incredibly pleasant to talk to. I am very nervous when dealing with strangers and struggle to communicate when trying to explain myself and hold long conversations. His personality and genuine demeanour made it very easy on me to interact and talk fluently. He gave good demonstrations of the item I was looking to buy and communicated very well, making it very clear: what needing to be done, the price and when he would be able to carry the fitting of the item. The mechanic had the work done in a short span of time. I was incredibly happy with the customer service they provided. I can say with my utmost confidence that, they definitely give the bigger more well known businesses like Halfords a big competition (incredible for a small business) If you go there, I have to be honest and say that the prices are higher than other places, but the money is well worth it. I highly recommend this place.

Fitted my new DAB radio today (also bought the radio from here). Really really pleased with the service received and would 100% recommend. Helpful, knowledgeable guys who not only fitted us in short notice but took great care when carrying out the job. Really can't rate them enough. Thanks again, Laura

Had new DAB stereo fitted, great advice before from Steve with no pressured sales technique used. Kept me informed regarding progress of parts on order, and efficient installation on the day. The stereo required windscreen mount antenna, in-cabin microphone and USB connection (for Apple/Android connectivity). Installed with care, no damage to trim. Existing steering controls and reversing camera hooked up with no issues. I'd highly recommend them.

Great professional and friendly service. I have a Audi TT roadster which can be a bit tricky with being a convertible to upgrade to DAB went to Halfords at Scunthorpe and just got fobbed off!! To much hassle Went to see these guys at Kingston audio and it was no problem in doing the job and a hell of a lot cheaper then Halfords would recommend and the unit looks great

The guys working here are fantastic, they are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had my car stereo system upgraded to a much better model and they have replaced it and connected up the reversing camera and steering wheel controls. I think there are only 2 very minor things that bothered me a bit which was that they put in a new usb port rather than using the old and they left the old reversing camera on the car.this minor things mentioned definitely dont justify a lower rating than 5 stars anyway

Been using this place for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for any car audio or tech, the guys are very knowledgeable and helpful about what you are looking for, nothing is to much trouble for them, the shop has a good display of speakers and head units for you to have a look at and they can order something in for you if you can't see what you are looking for, they also will fit the units if required.

Mixed emotion review. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable, good stock of quality items. The issue is after purchasing my equipment on advice, got home and looked on the Internet and the pricing is way off scale in relation to other outlets. Check your product prices before shopping here. For example a head unit at £190 in store is mostly a max of £90 everywhere else. Other than the pricing would use again .

Forgot to ask how much installing a sound system in my car would cost, halfway through I ask and they guy seems to think for a bit. He obviously over charged me considering the technician was already halfway through the installation process. I had a problem with my car and they only solution they could offer was extremely expensive and unnecessary.
