I've used Merxworx services for a couple of years now, never once failed me. Always friendly, always offering advice and provide a top class service for a fair price. I've had electrical components fail (Exhaust gas temp sensor, MAF meter, DPF sensor), services, adjustments to bearings, advanced diagnostics and so on, in each area they seem to excel and I couldn't sing their praises any higher, if you're looking for a reliable garage then these are the experts you want working on your car

You gotta Merc, You gotta problem, then this is the only place to go.

I was at Merxworx to get the aircon regassed on my BMW as it uses the new gas and they were the cheapest in the area. Upon getting there I was greeted by Tracey at reception, she is really professional but at the same time very down to earth and made me feel welcomed with a nice cold drink while I waited for Phil to take my key. I was really pleased with my experience today, everything was explained to me, very reasonably priced and a really good service, I would definitely recommend this garage and I'll definitely be using these guys again... thank you.

Phil and his team did a great job for me recently on my commercial vehicle. I had problems with my main dealer(not Mercedes)who hadn't informed me properly when a certain major part needed changing. I decided to go to Merxworx and I wasn't disappointed. Phil talked me through the options that were available and it ended up working out better for me on price and parts than through the main dealer. The work was completed on time and they had gone that extra yard for me with another issue on my vehicle that I didn't expect. Many many thanks.I will be returning to you in the future. I used Merxworx for my Vito, that had an ongoing Engine issue... Wayne identified the problem immediately and carried out the work to fix it. They were very professional and courteous, the receptionist is also really friendly and extremely helpful . The price was much more reasonable than a main dealer, yet these guys know EXACTLY what they are doing, unlike other garages I've used. Would highly recommend and continue to use in the future. Nearside back door was locked shut with a dead locking motor. Phil managed to dismantle the door from the inside (whilst still locked shut) after getting the door card off with an absolute minimal amount of damage saving me 00's of £'s for a new door card. I still don't know how he did it. All the while I was been updated by Tracy in the front office. Just felt that these guys went the extra mile to save me money and keep the cost down while still managing to do an amazing repair. They have my business for good now. The same goes for the engineering staff who explained and sorted out a series of faults for me. Cannot rate Merx Worx & the guys highly enough. We have a fleet of 11 vans which they maintain to an exceptional level. Always manage to get our vehicles looked at quickly and so efficient with their repairs as to what does and doesn’t need doing. Such a pleasure to deal with, keep up the good work!!!

I had a problem with the hydraulics on the folding roof of my SL500. The problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed. The service was first class. I have always dealt with main dealers previously but the personal service is far better - and so is the price!
