These guys literally saved my holiday. One of coolant pipes split whilst we were there for a break for a few days, and honestly didn’t think we could get it fixed, let alone get back home. These guys, we polite, friendly and professional and got a temporary repair done in under 24 hours, and yes we got back home to get the car fixed.

I tried this garage after looking at their reviews. I needed some advice with my faulty Air Con on my V50 knowing it wasn't gas. They were very Knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and quote, I can't fault this garage, the staff were very helpful and polite both on the phone and on arrival. The charge was very fair. I would not hesitate to use them again and I'm from 12 miles south of the river.

I cant speak highly enough of John and his staff at this garage. We had an issue with our air conditioner and dropped over late one day. They stayed back after work to help us and didn't get it fixed so there was no charge because we needed to come back to get issue fixed. I then booked our car in for issue with back brakes recently. After fixing our car my wife went to fix up account but there was an issue with the banking system. He said not to worry and take the car and pay him later. This doesn't sound much but we are over here from Australia and we do not see or get service like John gives anymore unfortunately. Forget the rest and give Paragon the business because you wont br disappointed. 😊

I always take my car to Paragon, be it for it's MOT or any other work that needs doing. The only place I'd go as I know that I won't be ripped off. John really looks after his customers, keeps you informed of all the work being done and prices are good.

I went there to fix AC for a car I just bought. They regased it for £25. I checked their pricing for other stuff like services and I bet they are probably one of the fairest prices in the country. The guy I spoke to unfortunately I dont remember his name but he is one of those people you get the feeling when you talk to them that you can trust them with your kids

Having used John and the guys for a long, long time. I thought I'd better write a review. A good honest review. I normally do my own repairs and use Paragon just for MOTs. But of late, jobs that I can't be bothered to do, on my own car or those that I look after for people. I send them here. They are always willing to explain things in that little bit more detail, so you don't fear that they are trying to hide anything. I would noramlly say just give them a go, but if you're reading this. Then you are either thinking of it, in which case just take your car. Or you've already had it there and you're adding a good review.

The best value for money. I have used Paragon three times and will go only here from now on. Here you will get dealership quality, knowledgeable mechanics who will fix your car in a couple of days and honest pricing. Nothing gets "priced up" as the other places qoutes I got. It only gets worked at with care of your budget! The Aircon regas they did for me is Arctic cold. It is the best for its value in town!

Was recommend to go here after our car developed a fault with the auto gearbox,we was advised of what the fault was and the best course of action to repair,so we ordered a gearbox online and had it delivered to the garage,John spoke to the second hand supplier and provided the part numbers they needed to check part was right And within 24hr after delivery our car was on the road Still going strong
