Been today with a problem with my brakes, just called in on the off chance for some advice as I never booked an appointment, explained the problem and they said if I left it with them they'd find time to have a look. Three hours later I get a phone call to say it's all sorted and for a great price. I cannot recommend Phil and his team highly enough. Always an honest job at great prices. I drive a nice car and I trust them withit100%. Thanks again Phil👍

The best and most honest garage you can hope for. Great work on your car, great advice, low prices and even help for free. I've done my (17 years old) car MOT with them every year, moved away from Hull a year ago but came back to do my car's MOT at Richmond garage. You can trust them. I have dealt with many garages, mechanics, and car dealers services all around the UK over the years and Richmond garage is hands down the best.

I have been taking my cars to Phil at Richmond garage for a number of years now and frankly I wouldn't go anywhere else. Value, honesty and downright good old fashioned customer service - and this is precisely what I need as someone who knows nothing about cars and who doesn't want to get ripped off. i would just like to say what a great experience i had at richmond garage . i took my car there to be looked at and although it wasnt repairable, the two young men gave me lots of advice on what cars to look for when choosing another. i was really gratefull for there advice as they could not have been more helpfull to me . i take my car there for my mot every year and i have always been highly satisfied with the service i have received. thanks again .
