Great service. Communication is the key. Asked for a quote, gentleman said I will call me back in 1 hour, he call me after 1h 20 min and he apologies for calling me back later 😀 that made my day. Normally I have to chase everything with others. They called me to say that discs need to be replaced to too, asking if I am happy to go ahead ( i did asked them to check them anyway). Called me when car was done (when actually was done, not end of the day). Really good service and Communication. I will definitely using CVS again. 5 stars

After buying a new recovery truck with electrical problems that stopped me turning off the engine (it's an automatic!!!) I popped in here on the off chance they might be able to help. It was late on a Saturday but Ben went above and beyond to sort my truck out, and even identified and repaired other issues that he identified. I would have been stuck without these guys, 3 other garages had already sent me away, but not only were these guys very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, they stayed after normal hours and sorted out the problem. Will be directing customers to use this garage, very happy.

Turned up here after a desperate search to find a garage to fit me in immediately after an alternator issue in my camper van was making my weekend at Latitude look like a crashed dream. My clutch went kaput on a Wednesday afternoon and just about got it into first gear by force to drive home at 10mph. I had a recovery vehicle to drop the car off outside CVS as it was closed by the time I had got their and they had informed me to do this before hand when I booked the car in on the phone. In under 24 hours later my car was fixed and back on the road like nothing had ever happened. Very efficient, helpful staff who are polite and willing to help with anything with your vehicle. My next MoT is now booked here.

Used cvs for repair on my sprinter van..had a slight issue with the final repair on my gearbox mount rubber shock absorber but was quickly rectified by the professional office team Overall very satisfied with the outcome However the mechanic that spoke to me at first was rude, but once he was put in his place it was ok.
