C. C. (.Had my car serviced earlier this year and the MOT was done recently. Both were done quickly and at a good price. They gave me good advice on my car as to not over spend on my car as my car is in poor condition so they saved me from spending money unnecessarily. I will certainly be bringing my car to GB Motors in the future and recommend them to people I know. The company I work for have also used them with good experiences with them.
L. s.After having two garages (halfords & a local) cancel my mot's at the last minute last week, my mot expired and I couldn't find anywhere that could fit me in.
GB moters not only said yes but squeezed me in straight away as it was urgent, did mot while I waited and explained everything to me.
It failed the first test, I went away and fixed the fault and called them back later in the afternoon and they allowed me to bring it back straight away even though it was getting to the end of their day, checked it over and confirmed it now met the criteria to pass. They also gave me some free break fluid as it was an advisory.
I am so grateful, both chaps I dealt with were friendly and professional, I will definitely use them again in the future.
