Cannot thank these guys enough! A few weeks back when our Audi s3 suddenly had problems with changing gears, these guys were happy to help in anyway possible! Top quality service, fantastic work and genuinely couldn’t imagine using another garage again. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

Hi, being in for a repair on my Audi A6 - egr valve/cooler. A big job, very time consuming. I also ask them to change my gearbox oil and if they can do an mot, and yes, I can say I’m a happy customer as they’ve sorted everything for me. A bit pricey I can tell, of course, I knew about this from the very beginning, but I choose them after google reviews and want it to give my car, on someone that knows what they are doing. Took my car here on the 22/07/2020, I had a starting issue with push button on my S5. These guys pulled the car in offered me a cup of tea and just listened to the issue I was having. Very relaxed atmosphere along with a huge knowledge of cars especially Audi's. I was free to wait but these guys were happy to just allow me to watch exactly what needed doing along with diagnosing the problems. Gave my car a full check over, (first hour diagnosis was free aslong as you proceed to pay for something even small in return at the end) They also fixed my A/C along with a loose part under the car and a loose body part on the front. Gave me a wealth of tips about my car on best parts to use along with saving money. Also to add the parts they used on my car were genuine parts but at a slice of the price, a quick oil and filter change and I was on my way. Probably the best experience I have had so far when taking my car in for repairs, top job, good guys and great knowledge. I highly recommend.

Fantastic service throughout!! Explained the issues wrong with my car and gave me clear advice on what options were available. Even provided a loan car whilst service was taking place. Repair cost was very reasonable and car is perfect now!! Would definitely use again!!

I stupidly drove over an hour and a half with my oil filler cap off and only realised when the oil started smoking as I happened to be nearby to these guys. Not sure who it was that helped me, but he came and took a look at my car and gave me some great advice. Managed to get a new oil filler cap around the corner and the engine bay cleaned up to get me back on the road with no more smoke. Thank you Pinnacle (and whoever it was that helped me)! 😊

Absolutely top class service! After incurring an intermittent fault with my car I was very lucky to find Chris and Paul who offered me very honest and friendly advice. They very quickly diagnosed and fixed a fault with my car which the main dealer failed to find. These guys really know there stuff when it comes to cars and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a decent garage in the Ipswich area. Paul at Pinnacle completed my service yesterday 28.6.22 on my vw Jetta 2l diesel auto. Service was minor. After Pinnacles awesome work for me in June 2021 I've returned without hesitation. Paul is the best guy to deal with, helpful, informative and so polite, like the old school mechanics we crave for. I'm totally satisfied with Pinnacle and would so recommend using them particularly over VW Ipswich!! You've got my thanks Paul - see you for next service!!! Up dated review ‐--‐ June 2021 I wanted an alternative to the vw dealer to carry out works including cam belt, service and brake fluid change. Before I decided to ditch main dealer ( due to customer service issues!! ) I visited Pinnacle Automotive. I met Paul who was patient with me, explained all issues I questioned and is the old fashioned customer facing mechanic I valued, but working with clearly the most modern garage facility, vehicles and knowledge is bang on. After 20 minutes with Paul I booked my car in....vw Jetta. Delivery of works just as described and all aspects of service just as I would have wanted. A highly professional and experienced operation, car back home no issues and I feel it's been well looked after whist in Paul's care. Pricing wise, better than main dealer - a full recommendation from me.

Paul was fantastic. Genuine guy. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Kept us fully up to date throughout the work. It was always Paul who I spoke to, so no chance of misunderstanding. First time I’ve used these guys and certainly won’t be the last! Had a full service, cambelt and water pump, rear shocks and MOT done on my Audi. Pinnacle Automotive - Couldn’t ask for better service from Chris and Paul! Called on Monday as A3 had an EPC warning light. Next available slot was Friday. Dropped my car off Monday with a view that if they had time they would try and look at it sooner! Didn’t quite expect sooner to mean within two hours of dropping car off! Issue with turbo and cam belt change required. I was happy to leave car with them till my original slot on Friday. Expectation was exceeded when I received a call today ( Wednesday) to say car was ready for collection. Icing in the cake was the price! Guys I would just like to say a massive thank you!! Great service from start to finish. I can honestly say that all MoTs, servicing and any other problems with my car will be directed straight to Pinnacle Automotive. You went over and above.

Very professional and transparent. I took my car for wishbone replacement, wheel bearing hub and brake pads after comparing the prices with Halfard Auto centre. I find them equivalent professional and knowledgeable. Their prices were approx 10% less from competition and they charged me same price quoted over the email despite one of the parts cost more when they bought from supplier on the day of job. Nice ambiance and warm welcoming. Highly recommended.
