D. W.Booked online for an MOT on Tuesday. When I arrived ( I think it was Peter) explained that they were running an hour behind due to machinery problems. About an hour later he rang me saying they were still having problems with the machinery, very apologetic, and booked me in for Thurday at 9. Got a phone call within the hour, car had passed. On collection I was told I would be getting a £9.99 refund for the inconvenience caused to me. After leaving the garage my engine warning light came on. I took the car straight back, withinin 10 minutes it was sorted ( no charge) very professional, and friendly service all round. This is why I always take my car there!😁
L. H.Had MOT done here. The service was ok but when I had to call them on a couple of occasions, they seemed disinterested and like id just woken them up. The car failed initially but that particular location didnt have the experience/equupment to carry out the repairs so had to take it elsewhere.

The best thing is that for most people enquiries you can get a set price online and pay when you book. Very convenient and can also check progress and though email.
