Well done Kwik Fit - Chapel Allerton. Excellent service & felt a good friendly vibe from a number of staff, thankyou. Efficient, explained clearly the timescale & gave reassuring updates on progress. One of the fitters made an effort to chat as passing through & so I didn't feel invisible whilst waiting. Covid chair space was nicely spreadout. (I had 2x replacement tyres & tracking through the Motability scheme).

I went to Kwik Fit in Chapel Allerton, our car had developed a problem with the ABS braking. I booked the car in with Rob the manager and they went to work on the car we didn't get it back for a few days. But was kept up to date with what was going on. We dropped the car off on Friday and got it back Tuesday. The car seemed to perform much better than before, then lo and behold Thursday my wife is driving the car and it starts to emit a squeak which made people turn and stare. I took the car back the next day and Rob got it sorted. Runs great and no squeak Great service with a smile good team.

After what has felt like a lifetime to get my car diagnosed properly, never mind fixed has been an uphill battle for the past 4 weeks. Passed from pillar to post with garages and various problems of what it could be. Got it booked in here and the customer service was great from the start. Pre-booked a tyre inspection as it was clear there was an issue with one of the front tyres. Welcomed at reception, details of the problem clarified, told it would be about 15 mins. Returned to find the problem had been diagnosed and decided to have both front tyres replaced. That took about 30 mins or so. I’d researched the cost of good quality tyres beforehand and we found the cost to be comparable with any recognised tyre supply and fit service. The place was busy with cars booked in and drop-ins. Staff were polite and helpful.

I’ve been a customer of Kwikfit for more than 25 years. They once got me out of the mire on a cold Sunday morning in South Wales when my exhaust fell off on my way back to Leeds. I’ve used many of their garages in Leeds and found them to honest and reliable. They’re upfront about their prices and their mechanics know what they’re doing. A bit disappointed at first visit. Two new front tyres. Tracking had been done but the steering wheel was still crooked. Went back the next day and Richard the manager did the job himself. Excellent attention to detail and all under guarantee. So if you are not happy, let them know!

Fantastic, helpful and friendly. I'd been told by a different garage I needed a few things replacing at a cost of £200. Kwik fit said they could only find a little wear on the brake pads, but other than that, nothing, and the car pasted it's MOT. I have faith in these guys!

I take my car for both servicing and MOT here having had a bad experience at another garage a few years ago. Always receive great service, today I had an oil leak and they were able to arrange a same day appointment for me to take my car in. They were able to identify the cause of the leak and fixed it at no charge.

Lovely staff but this appears to be a very busy Kwikfit branch. Having gone there on Saturday and ordered my 2 new tyres I was given an appointment for 4pm today. It took over 2 hours to fit my tyres. Happy with tyres and price but not the long wait.

Booked in for a 5pm tyre change and was still sitting in the waiting room at 7pm. Disappointed that they'll take work without the capacity to complete it in a timely manner. They knocked £10 off for me which was appreciated, and they apologised, but some honesty about how long I'd be waiting would have meant that I didn't need to leave work early.

Friendly staff, but reception is desperately understaffed - twice I had to wait over 30 minutes to be served. I was also told on four separate occasions that they would ring me to update me on a particular event but I never received a single phone call and had to check up to find the status. It was also slightly disconcerting that they were unable to obtain a spare part needed to pass the MoT even though a quick visit to the local dealership provided me with one with no problems.

As said previously, there has to be a better way to run reception. You just can't have one member of staff dealing with customers returning to pick up vehicles, explaining problems, MOT fails etc, answering telephone queries, directing mechanics, arranging new bookings, sorting payment etc. The staff are pleasant and do their best but always seem pressured. These situations I have witnessed before. Something has to change. I'm almost at point of leaving.

I have used Quick Fit for many years.They are always helpful friendly and knowledgeable.I worked as a GP in South Leeds for over 30 years I had multiple punctured tyres which they repaired where possible with minimum inconvenience I was really surprised that I needed 3 new expensive tyres on my car .Imaad showed me the wear on each tyre to advise me that they were almost illegal and the car would fail an MOT The price I paid was competitive and I was telephoned by Imaan to inform me the car was ready for collection

I quickly nipped in as my tyre pressure light had come on and just wanted to know what the issue was and which tyre was affected. The service and advice I received from Brendon was fantastic, he went absolutely above and beyond and was really lovely. The only reason that I’m not going to get my tyres from this garage is out of pure convenience, working during the week it would be hard for me to drop the car off and pick it up, I have managed to find a company who does mobile tyre fitting which means I can leave my car at home.
