I was having a problem with my brakes and being in between Christmas and new year I was worried I would not be able to get it sorted easily. However Brian and Peter fixed it within a couple of hours and they were very pleasant and professional.

I sometimes get worried that as a woman without much car experience people will try and take advantage of my lack of knowledge but at no point did they make me feel like this - they were really helpful at explaining everything and I trusted them 100%! Hi booked into Kwik fit 8 30 3rd September for my mother’s car to have wheels balance and lined up .as she had 2 tyres fitted else where my mother is 77 years old and thought she was doing well sorting her tyres out herself without bothering me her daughter..as soon as Brian day manager saw tyres on my mother’s car he said them tyres are 11years old my mother was sold regect tyres as new from a garage Dewsbury road they was a death trap . They gave the wheel a thorough check, inflated all the tyres and reassured me that it was all ok and probably just some dust in the brake pads. This was my first visit to Regent Street Kwik Fit in Leeds. I remembered one of the member's of staff from one of my visits to the Kirkstall Road branch, some time ago, the reason being that his customer service skills were excellent. It was a pleasure to have him again looking after my car for it's MOT and took up his suggestion of a service. It is not often in any customer service environment that you meet people like Yaz (don't know if I have spelt his name correctly), but believe me he is a credit to the staff team at Kwik Fit. He does go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and it was a pleasure meeting him again.

Had to call in as my car had developed an annoying squeak on the front end . As my wife and I were on holidays visiting Leeds the team were happy to look at the car as soon as they could. Within an 90mins I had a call to say they had checked everything over but could find no fault. When we arrived back at the workshop I was told that there was no charge for the examination to pin point the fault. What a professional and personal team you have at this branch a credit to your company . I would definitely recommend this branch.

Service done on Vauxhall Mokka X, seemed straight forward enough, staff were helpful polite and did the service. I was informed I needed new brake pads and disks to front which seems reasonable after 26k miles, however the quote well in excess of £300 did not seem reasonable especially when Vauxhall dealer has a fixed rate of £269 for doing this work.
