R. B.If you want a no frills no fuss no nonsense business who have years and years of knowledge and expertise to repair and maintain your Bentley/Rolls Royce look no further and all at considerably less cost than the main agents!
I had a number of issues with my Bentley GTC including a roof fault and an engine management light that has baffled the main agents along with a couple of Bentley Specialists but Mark & Adrian solved the mystery. All sorted, car serviced and sparkling when I picked it up. Its no surprise to me that these guys are busy. Thanks to you all and of course the lovely Amy on reception.
A rare thing these days a business where you call a number which is not an 0800 no pressing option 1 etc and its answered by a human (Usually Amy) who understands what the business is about and just gets on with it.
Our cars will be yours to service and maintain without hesitation going forwards.

N. M.Had a problem with the rear suspension on my Bentley GTC. The guys fixed it in a cost effective way and gave advise on other details of the car. The passion and knowledge they have is refreshing and shines through!
You’ll have to patient to get a booking but that is testament to their first class service and attention to detail and will be worth the wait!

We left the car in their care, they kept me informed all the way as they tackled the issues, in a very very well mannered, courteous and professional manner. They were very economical in tackling the issues without incurring extra costs and did not compromise the quality of the work.

D. S. B.Job was done well but little visibility of costs until a £4400+ bill arrived after one conversation with little clarity before the work was completed. Later reduced by £172 due to a recurring fault.
Improvements needed: better, non-technical communication. Confirmation of indicative costings before the billing stage and during the repair to manage expectation.
Sharing here just to give a heads up to other potential users to make them aware of the lessons I have learned so hopefully they get a better experience. I shall be going elsewhere in future.

And all of this with an affordable price tag, even considering it’s a Bentley. I am not one with unlimited budget but I love my B so much and thanks to Prestige services I can afford to keep it!
They even remember I lost my button which can’t be bought in its own, you need to get the whole front seat panel which is around 600 pounds. By my big surprise, they found one for me and saved until my next visit! 🎉🎉🎉🎉👍👍It’s like visiting friends now, I live quite far away in Sheffield but they always try the best to finish a car on the same day and go the extra mile to meet my needs. 🏆🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝
