W.From start to finish all I can say is PERFECT!!!, Linda was so helpful getting my car in before christmas and also had an extensive knowledge of what I needed doing, there was quite a bit of work I needed doing and the fact it was all done before Christmas and with an MOT to add to that was priceless, the work I had done was a pricey job to start with, but was still half the price of a Renault dealer (who's mechanics probably have little to no understanding of this car) having an rs specialist work on your car is piece of mind in its own right, Andy did a brilliant job and also gave some good advice about a couple of other issues I may have in the future, even when they where closed on Christmas eve they still went above and beyond to help me with a query I had about my car, definetly be using this garage from now on even tho it's a 140 mile round trip. RS Murray/RS Tuning 10/10 well worth the travel.

Highly recommend, called up for a quote took my car in same day, got a quote half an hour after I left, got booked in a few days later and had the job done in a few hours. Customer service is excellent always going back here for any car repairs.
C. C.I was recommended this garage as my sons Renault had an electrical fault. I booked it in over the phone with a lovely lady called Linda. On dropping the vehicle off I was able to explain to Steve our situation. Within a short period of time he rang with a diagnostic and a price. The job was completed really quickly and when we returned to pick the car up they had organised with a warranty company for us to get a refund. This company have gone above and beyond to help us and I was so pleased with the customer service we received. Thank you all so so much and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this garage.
H. S.Daughter's Aygo was making a horrible noise. At lunchtime AA diagnosed dodgy water pump. I don't know the area so fearing the worst got AA to take it to a local garage. Lovely helpful service. They were obviously busy but I had a phone call that afternoon confirming the diagnosis and a very reasonable price. Next morning before 11 had a call to say all ready. Being only 20 minutes walk from the uni it was convenient for her to collect on the way home. Excellent service thank you
