Mr Abbas at United Automotive is the man! Took my Yaris to his garage last week for my MOT, first time coming here and all I can say is that I am thoroughly impressed! He is extremely welcoming and approachable, and more importantly very honest and transparent when dealing with your car. Labour charges are fair - the going rate for the area. The customer service is what really blew me away though. I will definitely be coming back in future and recommending to all friends and family 👍🏽

Friendly and welcoming on arrival. Needed car underseal rust protection. Job done within the day for very fair price. Before and After photos taken of the work and car warmed up and ready to drive away. Brilliant.

Very quick turnaround on repairing my car, very professional well oiled team of mechanics give the car within the day and doing MOT. Charged me less than most of other garages. Where do I start with this garage, I had my car booked at a different garage and even though it was booked my car was still not seen to, I drove past this garage and thought to book it in I explained how I was messed about elsewhere and the guy was nice enough to squeeze me in for the same day, got my car sorted within a few hours completed the diagnostics and the work his prices were that good I got my car serviced at the same time for next to nothing as I had the parts in the boot, all in all I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone that would like a trustworthy place, thank you again boys 👍 see you when my mot is due

Needed my car sorting as the Exhaust was falling off. Visited 2 other garages as it was 4.45pm they said come back tomorrow. The manager was very proffecient and professional and checked that my part can be found, he confirmed it can be done by 7pm and he ordered it in within 1 hr my car was sorted. Before 6pm I left with my problem being fixed. Very efficient service.

These were recommended to me from another business, I got my MOT expiry confused and it expired, these guys managed to squeeze me in with less than 24 hours notice. I was late getting there too and they remained professional, friendly and unfazed by this. The owner was super friendly and polite, he explained things about an advisory in Laymans terms for me without being condescending. Pricing was way more than fair, will definitely return to this garage and intend to do so very soon.

United Automotive was recommend to me by a family member. After speaking to Abbas from united automotive I booked my car in for a full service including air filter, oil filter, oil change, pollen filter and cabin filter change, as well as putting on new brake disks,pads and brake sensors. I took my car in at 9am and was told the car would be ready at 12pm, however the car was ready earlier than expected, and also to a great surprise my engine bay was also cleaned! I would very highly recommend! Very friendly staff, very fair and well priced.
