Had fantastic service from Armson AE. They repaired and serviced my car, fitting me in on short notice, nothing was a problem. Everything explained to me before the work was started and; again on completion showing me what work was carried out and what was replaced. Good quality parts used. Work was high quality, service friendly and excellent. Price for the work surprised me as very fair for everything carried out. I couldn't of asked for better or, friendlier service

I started having my car's MOT, service and repairs done by Armson Automotives about 18 months ago. When you ask for a repair quote you get a complete breakdown of possible parts needed, arriving at a worst scenario figure. When they start the work they keep you informed on progress and costs. No doubt a top mechanic (certainly talks a good game) but makes the main dealer prices and time scales look almost reasonable . Price quoted was £2000 less new customer discount 20% - THIS WAS AFTER HIS EXTENSIVE INSPECTION AND DETAILED PRICE LIST OF WORK NEEDING TO BE DONE. The actual final price was £2800. I said don't you mean £1800....no, he said it took longer than I thought. Besides that I can't even get the man to slip me in for a headlight bulb change!!! It's a good job he ain't a heart surgeon - found a phillips screwdriver and 12" socket wrench in the engine compartment after it had been there. Ah well we live and learn - thanks Stuart I shall not be returning with my 02 L322.

Best garage I've ever used by a country mile, I won't be going anywhere else again, exactly what you need from a garage, quick, easy, fair price and completely upfront.
