Marco & his team are first class , reliable, professional and friendly. I had my Mercedes fully serviced and MOT, and it feels like brand new. They use quality parts, oils and filters. Nice touch of valeting my car too. Honestly don't look anywhere else. These are the guys to trust to hand over your vehicle to. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with the whole process, from the first greetings to the repair and return of the car. I was worried when car broke down as there was no mechanics I knew. However those guys were like friends. They were kind and understanding and most importantly not the people who covet your wallet. I recently bought a second hand Nissan Micra from EMA. It is a really super little car. Marco and his team are great people to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble . They answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The car was delivered to me at exactly the time they said it would be, and didn,t charge me anything for delivery, even though I live about 40 miles from them. . I have had quite a few cars in my life, but I have never known such dedicated service.

This garage is phenomenal. Marco and Dean run this place to provide a dealership-level experience every time. Firstly they're the only garage in a long time I've seen using seat covers and floor mats - a great start if you care about your car. They're professional, polite and super quick. I had my suspension checked and my car was undersealed (to which Marco sent numerous pictures and even a video) and am very happy with the service - to top it off I received the car back washed. I'll be returning to this garage for any future servicing needs and will recommend to all I know.

First time that I have used EMA. I was a little reluctant to use someone new after having used the same person to repair my car for years. They collected my car from my home, replaced the EGR valve, called me to let me know when it was ready and dropped it back to me. Dean was really polite over the phone and I was pleased when he told me her replaced an exhaust clip free that had broken of charge. Not a lot of money for the clip but it is the extra touches that build up customer confidence. I would 100% use their steamless service again. It is convenient and hassle free. Bought a stunning classic Alfa from Marco at East Midlands Autos, buying an Alfa you tend to do with your heart so I diid't do too much in the way of due diligence instead relied in on Marco's word. The deal was done and I took possession. A few weeks later I notice one two electrical issues (typical Alfa I hear you say) but East Midland Autos took the car in and spent some time to ensure issues were resolved and they sourced some discontinued parts from Italy all undert their in house warranty. Exceptional from beginning to end. Got straight back to me with an (accurate) quote and booked me in. I was happy sat in the nice waiting area with my free Coke, then even happier when Marco gave me a lift home. Everyone was friendly and I was kept well informed. I booked in to have my brake discs and pads replaced, I was seen really quickly, even had my car picked up and dropped off. I was initially worried, being a young woman and this being my first car, that they would try and over charge me for the work done and attempt to say further work needed doing when it didn't, as less reputable place would attempt to do. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I had an issue with my car which was no easy job firstly they checked the problem and advised of the cost with a main dealer part. I asked if i could source the part and be charged for the labour and they were more than happy to do the work. It was not the easiest job and they spent over a day working on the car and did not charge me any extra. Customer service was exceptional truly go above and beyond. This is by far the best garage I've ever used. Last night my car tyre experienced a puncture which left my car stranded as I had no spare tyre. I had rang so many different garages (independent garages and chain garages), as well as 24 hour tyre repair companies and no garage could fit me in or they wanted me to pay exceptionally high to get it fixed as it was short notice. East Midlands Auto went above and beyond to help me with my situation. Not only did they go out of their way to get my tyre fixed, but they came out to me as they knew I was stranded. High quality services! They helped me get the best price. I changed the pressure pipes for my convertible rooftop, which would've cost me around 800£ at another garage, but here i paid 550. They also washed the car and cleaned with special solutions my soft top which was full of hydraulic oil from the broken pipes for free. The staff is very friendly. Oh my goodness.... these guys are true life savers! Had problems with sensors on my beetle, Marco and Darren sorted it quickly, Alex fixed my squeaky windows for pennies compared to what VW were going to charging. Thoroughly recommend Marco and the team over at East Midland's Auto! I rang up with a query regarding getting spilt milk out from the seat of my car. Marco responded promptly and told me to bring my car down straight away. I left the car with the friendly guys at the front and within two hours was called to collect it. Andreas even cleaned inside the rest of the car too and, fingers crossed, the smell has gone for good. I even got offered coffee and chocolate as I stood and chatted to the team 😊 A friendly, welcoming buisness who were professional throughout! Would highly recommend!

My 64 plate clio dci developed strange annoying rattle in the engine bay at 1500 rpm. Three other garages including two authorised Renault dealers suggested faulty injectors but I didn't believe them as I've had no codes and I could only hear the rattle in the cabin. EMA took it for day and nearly eliminated the problem. After I updated them with the results they took it for another day at no extra cost and got rid of the rattle for good. It cost me nearly 1/4 or the cost of new injectors changing of which as it turned out would be pointless as it was something completely different. I can not recommend this garage highly enough ! Thank you very much.

amazing garage and service...was told what parts were needed by another “garage” previously who told me to buy parts myself and they’d fit them - I must add this was a VW/Audi specialist garage which considering my car is a VW Golf you’d think would be easy for them to find out issues and tell me what parts were needed - which I did and then turned out they couldn’t fit them...was told about East Midlands Autos by a friend and when I spoke to them they said bring the car in they would fit the parts charging just labour which was understandable...so turns out the previous “specialist” failed to notice my rear brake calliper had seized which you’d think would be an easy spot considering the rear brake pads where down to metal and that I needed a new EGR valve...Darren basically told me no need for a EGR valve and was the throttle body instead needing replacing so said he wouldn’t fit the new EGR valve as no need and I could take it back and get a refund along with the glow plugs which I was also told to purchase...they ordered the new calliper to be delivered that day so they they could fit it there and then which was needed...couldn’t thank them enough and couldn’t rate them any higher...will be returning from now on and recommending highly...heading back on Tuesday to have new throttle body installed...if looking for a reliable and honest garage this is the place
