Took my BMW M6 to a couple of garages as my brake on my M6 were failing. One advised me that the master cylinder needs changing which they done. But they didn’t know how to bleed the air out the brakes. Took the car to a second garage and they knew how to bleed the system but unfortunately they advices me that I needed a new master cylinder. At that point my son said take the car to GARAGE 786 the best decision I made. Ash filled me with confidence on his knowledge of BMW’s. After the car being with Ash for a couple of hours he had the brakes working like new with out changing the master cylinder. BRILLIANT SERVICE will only take my car to them from now on.

If I could give 10 stars I would… Came to Ash last year for a slow coolant leak on my 1 series and he sorted me out within a day with genuine parts. Decided to come back yesterday after being told by 4 mechanics that my differential/driveshaft is rattling and there may be an issue. Dropped the car with Ash for the night to find out that it was only an exhaust heat shield that was loose. Garage 786 provided a top service and I feel at ease knowing I have a reliant and trustworthy specialist I can go to any time.

Had a yellow engine light. Had trouble to get a BMW specialist locally. Spoke to Ash who was able to get me in. Diagnosed the fault in the Vanos system. Both Ash's were very knowledgeable and professional and kept me updated and also highlighted a fault with a light that Halfords struggled to find. Car is all fine now, with noticeable difference in engine performance. Will recommend!

Having been let down by another so called BMW specialist garage. i rang Garage 786, the owner very kindly re-assured me when i told him about the troubles i had with the other Garage and asked me to drop of the car and they would look at it. Had my BMW car towed there and the very next day he was on the phone telling me what the issue was and gave me a price for parts and labor. My car is back with me now, from taking it to them and having it assessed and repaired has taken less than 3 working days and all done at a very good price in comparison with what i was being quoted. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough, if you have a BMW and need it repaired this is the place you should call or visit first for a first class service and competitive pricing. Garage 786 know there stuff! First time I've brought my vehicle to them but won't be the last. Dropped the car off to find the fault causing misfires. Ash and the team kept me informed throughout the troubleshooting. The team were happy to diligently answer any questions I had during diagnostics. They advised on the checks undertaken and if I was happy to proceed with next steps. They correctly pin pointed the issue relating to a DME fault.

Best service !! Checked my car over and didn’t change me anything, I then mentioned I had two long drives ahead of me and my MOT and Service was due soon. Ash said he wouldn’t want to risk doing such long drives and being unsafe so he managed to fit me in the morning of my trip and did both for me at a cheaper price than expected. Overall really impressed with the service by garage 768, I will deffo be returning whenever I need anything else ;)

Ash and his crew are really experienced mechanics. Really honest garage you can really trust them to get the job done professionally. I bought a 520d and I was clue less about where to take my car. But after looking on the previous history it was all garage 786. So I thought I will go back there and let Ash carry on taking care of my car. I wanted a oil and filter change Ash gave me a really good price and a Phanomenal service I was surprised by the high quality standard of work they had done. perfect as always. took my almost new X2 in for diagnostic. it was 2 weeks out of warranty and Ash and boys confirmed that there was a manufacturing defect with the gearbox and that the only solution was to fit a new transmission. i paid the diagnostic fee and they re-directed my back to BMW and did not try to charge me with carrying out "phantom fixes" like other garages. they kindly provided with a diagnostic report to provide to sytner bmw and as a result BMW are now paying for the entire transmission change at £12k with no cost to me. i believe the printout provided to me was the reason for this. thank you as always and i will continue to bring my car to you for maintanence

Amazing service! I was told by my local garage that my head gasket was gone, and they refused to work on it. I found Garage 786 in the hope that they could fix it. After Ash took a look, he found that it was only a coolant system issue which he fixed really quickly, saving me hundreds of pounds! Sent my Z4 Convertible in for diagnosis of a Roof and intermittent ABS brake issue which they completed quickly. Parts were ordered from the main dealer for repair of the brake issue and unfortunately it did not arrive on time at the dealership, I was kept informed of the situation by the garage and when they did receive the part, the repair was carried out promptly. I was told how to rectify the roof issue which turned out to be an easy fix. Great quality of service from 786, would not hesitate to use them again for other repairs to my cars. Very pleased with the price paid as well considering they are specialists.

Work completed: TIMING CHAIN. First time using this garage and it’s always nerve wrecking using a garage that you haven’t used before. Was recommended this garage by my mechanic due to the fault code on my car and him not having specialist equipment and the service and extra mile the guys goes to is awesome. Recently bought an X5 and was having an issue with lack of power and acceleration. Went to BMW Sytner but could not resolve the issue. Diagnosed and repaired a water leak and problem with VDC suspension on my 5 series. They could have replaced the whole part unnecessarily, but did the right thing and fixed the cabling to the perfectly good strut. I was so impressed I instructed them to carry out an inspection and full service, even though these are not due for another 6 months. What impressed me the most was the fact that they took the time to clear all the leaves that had accumulated in the engine bay.

Booked my BMW 335 in for service as the i Drive was showing inspection required. Garage 786 informed me that the previous garage I used hadn't reset the i drive following MOT, hence the Service inspection warning. 786 checked if the car needed anything doing, nothing showing as required, reset i drive for me. Recently I had noticed that my bmw 330d was leaking oil as I had noticed oil patches on my driveway. At first instance, I contacted Sytner to book an appointment however they were too busy and I would have to wait two weeks just to get an appointment.
