recently had my clutch replaced at Jams and cannot fault their service. After being told from another garage that they couldn't source the part and I would have to go direct to Mercedes Benz I thought I would never be able to afford to fix the car, even thought about selling it. But Jams sourced the part for half the price that Mercedes quoted me and had my car back to me in a few days! It drives better than it did before it went in and I can really tell the difference! will 100% make this my regular garage and will be back in a few months for an MOT.

Brought the car down tuesday to have a check over and diagnose our problems , told us instantly what was wrong, and that would order the parts straight away, ready to fix the next day , car was fixed the nex day working perfectly now considering it needed a big job doing they got it done in great time , good price for the job , highly recommended 😊

Would highly recommended using Jams Autocentre and recovery Mk5 golf with a blown turbo. contacted him the following day for recovery & to go ahead with the repairs. Very responsive & well respected. I must say for such a small independent business they have big service, better than all of the main dealers I’ve used in the past, I first used Jams auto centre in 2021 for a service on my old AMG Mercedes, so when I upgraded to the RR Sport I thought who better to take it to for a check up after I bought it. Turns out it needed brakes and was overdue a service and Jamie was clear an honest at all times about what was necessary, so we went for it and it was all completed to the highest of standard and my car is now able to waft about trouble free. Thanks Jam you’re a star!

If I could rate more than 5* I would, absolutely fantastic service, Friday the 13th, car management lights come on at 3:15pm, took it down to jams autos, diagnosed the problem within minutes! 2 hours later I’m getting a phone call to collect my car as it’s all fixed. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
