When I first contacted Meduza I wasn’t feeling very confident as I had little experience working with a car bodyshop and had a long list of modification work for a brand new car costing over 55k. Having met with Rick, I was genuinely reassured that his team had the right skills to do the work and his prices were competitive. He even helped me order the right parts to avoid import taxes which saved me money and time. He definitely knows his stuff! So 10/10 for customer service from the moment we met. On the actual day of work, I was regularly updated with pics which contributed to the overall excellent experience and Rik worked with me to get the right finish for the car - he even stayed late to do a late handover ! so overall, good honest advice, good quality of work, and good customer service. I look forward to doing some more work with him in the future.

The ONLY reason I leave off 1 star is because of the shipping. It's as high, or higher than the bumper that I purchase, & was somewhat of a gassle gettige my product. But as it relates to the Product(s) itself, along with customer service & a willingness to help from afar, they are incredible in that regard! I got an Autobiography Bumper for my 2009.5 Range Rover Sport & getting there's alleviates me having to get New Headlights which I didn't want to deal with as far as the faults, & I didn't have to get new Fenders either. If they can get DHL to start their shipping to the U.S. I'd definitely do business with them vs any other company, because I love their communication etc...

Happy beyond belief Meduza has looked after me from the word go. My Range Rover Sport looks the part now. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a decent body shop for expensive cars.
