I couldn’t be happier with the wheel repair done by Perfection Alloys this week. For less than half the price of one new wheel, they made all four wheels look better than new. Each of the wheels had some damage, from quite minor to one which I doubted they could repair, it was that bad. Danny suggested painting the spoke accents to match the car colour…BMW Carbon Black…a notoriously difficult colour to match. When I saw the wheels after the repair, I couldn’t believe they weren’t new, except for the colour-matched accents. All four wheels look absolutely perfect. The company name of Perfection Alloys is dead on. In the end, I got four perfectly restored wheels for a very reasonable price…and extraordinary customer service from start to finish. I drove an hour to bring my car to Perfection Alloys, even though there are many shops closer to my home. I’ll drive there again if I need wheels done on any car I own. I’ve added two before pictures and one after. You won’t have to guess which are which. If I could give them six stars, I would.

If you are looking for the best quality results and the ultimate in customer service, You MUST use this firm. From start to finish I received exceptional service from Danny and his team. I had one wheel which required attention, after completing the initial painting it became apparent that this required special paint and this was obtained and the whole complete process repeated. During this process I was kept fully informed and even had videos sent. I only dropped in one wheel, so it was difficult to judge the colour match and there was a very slight difference. Danny was insistent that I must be 100% happy and went well above and beyond to make sure I was fully happy with the end result. I now have all matching wheels and again a video sent, also in the video the car could be seen to have been protected from dust with a cover, which again shows the care and attention to detail they take. I can’t thank Danny and his team enough for such an amazing job the wheels look fantastic and what an incredible customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you are wondering where to take your wheels to be Refurbished then Look No Further!!! This is the Place to Go!!! Excellent Service received from Danny, Malc & All the Team at the Unit Thank You So much! I decided I was bored of the Gloss Black look on my wheels so went for something a little different.... Shadow Chrome was the choice I chose... All I can say is WOW!!! Such a Great Colour, pictures doesn't do them justice. Very Professional Service, Top Quality Work & attention to Detail is Great! I won't use any other place when I comes to Refurbing Wheels In the Future. Thanks Again Perfection 👌👍

I had the boring task of needing to get 4 new tyres, we’d purchased online, put on the car - we didn’t want just a ‘quick fit’ as we wanted to ensure our alloys and car were looked after. Well it wasn’t just the alloys that were looked after! It was the Easter holidays so I had my 6 year old, car mad, son with me. Danny made it such an enjoyable experience my son didn’t want to leave! There’s a nice waiting area, but most importantly the workshop is spotless and all cars are treated with respect and the guys take such pride in their work. Cannot recommend Perfection Alloys enough, I just wish they did mechanical work as I’d take my car there for everything!

They swapped over my tyres and rebalanced the wheels which was all part of the service. Highly recommend Had an issue but people can read a email or text message a thousand different ways which didn't help at the start for both myself or them but once I actually spoke with Danny ( Ops manager ) things were quickly ironed out. There was a very small imperfection on one of my refurbished alloys which wouldn't be seen because the tyre covers it but Danny being as honest as you can be toldme about it and got it sorted very quickly. It should have been picked up but we are all human and make mistakes. I must give a mention to Nicole who assisted me in getting the car booked in etc with the alloy refurbishment, leather seat repair and bumper repair. Will use again and recommend!

Had a situation where I'd scuffed an alloy and needed to get it fixed before somebody noticed. Spoke to Lee and he got me to bring it down early the next morning. Scuffed my gloss black wheel yesterday evening and luckily it wasn’t too deep but silver alloy was showing as paint had come off. Went to Perfection Alloys to get a quote. Danny, who came out to see the car assessed it and asked me to wait in reception. He actually touched it up for me and didn’t even charge me. I have to look very close to spot it and that’s because i know where it is. Amazing customer service with all the team i spoke to. Highly recommend and if I’m unlucky with my alloys again I’ll definitely come and see these guys. Thank you.

Perfection alloys have done a great job the wheel on my car. The buckle had been pi ked up as an advisory in the mot. It was a difficult job as it took them a week to do it but when ever I called them to see how it was going they could tell info I needed. The wheel showed afterwards how buckled it was. They are definitely recommended by me.
