Helpful, courteous, efficient, and many more similar adjectives is all I can say.
Phoned to enquire about how to proceed, and received excellent and helpful advice from Charlie. Visited next day to get an estimate, and again received excellent service from Charlie.
Received the estimate by email in about an hour.
Fantastic to find a company, and a person who offer such great service.
