Had heard good things about this garage, and they weren't wrong. Despite not booking in advance and the garage being hectic busy Pete still fitted me in for a repair and gave me the 5* treatment. The fitters did a great job on the repair, even tidied the spare back into place, no fuss, very clean. The staff didn't try and upsell like most places too, what a refreshing change. Very friendly and helpful staff, prices very reasonable. I will certainly be back next time I need something and recommending to friends and family. Top job guys, thanks!

Maybe the busiest reception desk I've ever come across in any car centre, but without doubt the very best! Very well run, with an excellent team working there. I went to have my exhaust checked, and after having it explained to me that all was OK, I thought to myself "If that had been one of the major tyre and exhaust places, I'd probably have been 200 quid out of pocket with unnecessary repairs". Lesson learned. Any work I do need done from now on will be going to Pete and his team!

Unfortunately, I had a bulge emerge on my driver side front tyre (thanks, Lincoln roads...) that needed changing straight away before a work trip away. Booked in for a full set of new tyres as the rear ones needed swapping out too and luckily the guys were able to get me in on the same day which was a huge life saver. Professional, great communication and a really reasonable price which at the moment in particular is a god send. The garage was obviously very busy but they managed to get them done within an hour and a half. Can't thank you enough. Won't hesitate to recommend in the future and will definitely be back for any future work.

Have been using these guys for years now, have had to use other places at times when they have been too busy at short notice, not their fault, they are constantly busy for a reason, but today has proved why these are my first port of call. Had an issue with my van for a long time, its been looked at and ive been told its fine, these guys found it immediately and after 6 months plus its now cured. I booked a Tyre fitting through Blackcircles at Auto Exhausts and Tyres in Lincoln. I was given a 2 hour window to have the tyres fitted and the garage called me within the hour to say the car was ready. Impressed for sure. I was then asked to inspect the work before signing the paperwork which I did and was pleased with the results, my newly refurbished wheels are not marked and they had reset my tyre pressures inside the car. Before I left the service manager again made sure I was happy and told me if anything changed to bring the car straight back to them. I was really impressed with the speed and professional service I received and I will definitely return when I need my tyres replacing again. Genuine garage you can trust. I unfortunately got a screw stuck in my run flat tyre (wasn't deflated). I went to Kwik Fit and Mr Tyre, who both said it's not repairable and I would need to buy a new tyre (£150). I went over to Auto Exhausts and Tyres, who had no issue repairing it right away (£28). The front man was amazing, very friendly and helpful, along with the mechanics I came across. It was discussed that other garages want you to spend more money on a new tyre, as it's less effort for them, compared to repairing. Won't hesitate in coming straight back again for any future issues.

These guys were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They were able to fit me in quickly, talked to me about the work that needed doing, and then they did their magic! No adding lots of extras (that probably didn't need doing), no overcharging, and no claiming to have done work that wasn't done (unlike a larger outfit opposite). They did, however, sort out a few smaller fixes that I asked about as well as the main, and urgent, issue that I'd gone there for. They also kept to their quote and the overall bill was a pleasant surprise. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. They will be the first place I call when my car needs any work done. Very keen price on the four tyres put on my Z370. Very professional and friendly service taking great care with the alloys, leaving them clean, even torquing the nuts correctly, which some places just leave to an air wrench. Even took time to put copperslip on the hubs to ensure they don't stick to the wheels as they sometimes do. Would I use again, definitely. One of the best, if not the best service in Lincoln.

I've visited this garage a handful of times due to the current 'nature' of my car and have had nothing but an exceptional experience. On the 23rd, a day before I was due to drive down to see my family for Christmas, my heater valve pipes blew clean off right in the middle of busy traffic. In a panic, I called Auto Exhausts and Tyres hoping they were open and could help me. I was kindly given a number to a reputable pick up man who got me and my car to the garage in 30 minutes for only £30!. After arriving at the garage, the car was quickly assessed and I was informed the parts needed were in stock and ready to be fitted immediately. I had the car break down, towed away and repaired within 2:30 hours! It is safe to say this garage saved my Christmas and I could not be happier. Lovely group of guys who are genuinely pleased to help you. Offering sound advice and will show you exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. As a young female driver, I am in no way treated any differently which is sadly something hard to come by! They talk to me properly, explain everything and break down the process honestly without dumbing me down. Exceptional service, even if they were to charge more (really reasonable prices), I'd use them solely for their customer service.

Was very accommodating to fit in a last min mot however it failed on some bulbs when quoted to fix it so we could leave there and then it cost us £38 which I couldnt really afford but needed to pay to have car useable today however on getting home and ringing allwoods the bulds I needed would have been £1.25 each which I now believe I have been ripped off on the bulbs given my situation at the time and them knowing I needed my car. Will not use them again for that over ridiculous price on bulbs ..

Took my 206 there as i thought there was a problem with my starter motor. I phoned this company about this, he invited me down and orderd the starter moter. As it turned out i need a new battery. This was sorted in minuits. I was very very impressed with the service and lets face it, he could of said it was the battery and the starter moter, in wich i would be nieve enough to pay for both. I turned up with my AMG wheels 24 hours earlier than booked for new tyres but this was no problem. The Chaps at Auto Exhaust and Tyres were very polite and professional, accompanied me to my Land Rover and insisted on carrying both [heavy] wheels into the Garage for new tyres. The new tyres were fitted in no time, the rims are fairly valuable modern classics and they took great care, even polishing them for me! I would thoroughly recommend these Chaps as they are a cut above the competition and certainly not your average tyre shop.
