Very, very good. Took my car in for online booking 2 new tyres, I was in & out in 13 minutes. Guy fitting my tyres took a phone call & his colleague took over from him. After his phone call he went back to my car & double checked all the bolts torque, car handed back in 13 mins flat & invoice came via email. I had planned to lose at least an hour of my busy afternoon, I got my time back, thank you. Appears to be a very well run garage, I will definitely be back.

Previously had a full set of tyres put on some rims I'd just bought. Gents we're more than happy to help. Alignment at kwik fit is far superior to anywhere else. Today I popped in for a tyre repair, took 10 minutes and said it was free as it was only a repair!! Can't praise enough

Outstanding fast fit service on my new tyre from the young lad with glasses, who spotted a puncture on my sidewall which was unrepairable. Extemely efficient, sophisticated and definitely get your moneys worth if not more if I can say so. Give that man a raise!

Wow these guys at Lincoln, Newark Road are awesome, car told me I had a puncture I found a screw in it, the car is a Ford Mach-e, these guys knew nothing about my issue till 830 this morning and by 5pm tonight had a tyre shipped same day from Maidstone and fitted to my car so I could go about my business I can’t say how grateful I am and would recommend these guys as absolutely first class. Went to my car this morning to find it had a flat tyre, sort of ruined my plans for the day before they started. Borrowed a 12v tyre inflator, inflated tyre - it then lost pressure. Contacted Kwik Fit, Newark Rd, Lincoln - Friday before a bank holiday (even in Covid) they were busy but said they'd fit me in around 3pm. Sat in the waiting room I saw just how busy they were but they did get me in, removed and checked the tyre, confirmed a puncture and fixed it. Now, not wishing to get anyone into trouble, I'm not going to say hom much they charged me but it would be impossible to charge anything less. Even though they were so busy, the Kwik Fit guys were cheerful, friendly and very helpful. As the ad used to say: "You can't get better than a Kwik Fit fitter" - believe me it's true. Thanks guys!

They kept in contact when the fault of the car wasn't the one I'd initially thought it was and got my car back within two hours. Fair pricing and very good customer service. Does what it says on the tin. They fit replacement tyres for me, did the wheel alignment checks, and then charged what seemed like an arm and a leg for the privilege. They did however respond quickly to my requirements and sorted me out, so the service can't be faulted. Would have liked to pay less, but that's what you get for not shopping around.

Great service by Kwik fit. I needed a tyre pretty quickly as I noticed one of my fronts had been damaged by a lump of wood in the road! Saturday night so potentially a tricky one.. decided to replace both fronts as they were almost ready anyway. Priced up online, very competative price and in stock too. Booked in for Sunday morning easily. A little extra fee for the short notice booking let it down, but I needed the tyres. On arrival the lads were friendly and guided me into one of the bays. They were expecting me and had the tyres ready. Keys handed over and off they went. Waiting room was clean and a free cuppa was welcomed. I was taken out to my car and shown the uneven wear across the tyres and advised a free tracking check would be in order. So new tyres on and onto the ramp for the check. There is a monitor in the waiting room showing the tracking details and one of the lads came through to explain what the issue was and how they could correct it. Very good. All sorted.. Paid up, keys in hand and off I went. It must be twenty years since I have used Kwik Fit. I will be doing so next time. I felt confident that the lads knew what they were doing. All in all a very good experience. Well done Kwik Fit. Newark Road. Lincoln.
