**Update Edit** Second visit (21.06.2022) After my original visit, (see review below) took my father car to get two new tyres, wheel alignment and wheel rotation, this morning. Once again really happy with the service, product and price. Polite, professional and efficient. Will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend 👍😁🚗 First time using this garage, first impression would be, this business is busy. Must have been at least 6 guys working in the garage and all of them were busy working. The employees I dealt with were polite, professional, friendly and efficient. I got a great price thanks to their price matching offer and I was able to get a fitting time and day that suited me. Would definitely use and recommend this particular location, for your vehicle tyre needs 😁👍

This Kwik Fit is superb, the staff are amazing and the service is unbeatable. I was able to get my car in for an emergency repair after being recovered despite them being fully booked, they got me sorted and back on the road same day at a competitive price. Most importantly they didn’t make me feel at all like I might be being taken advantage of as one fears at a garage, they took the time to explain everything, even demonstrating the problems and giving me options with honest suggestions with zero pressure. I cannot recommend them enough.

I’ve been a customer at Kwik Fit for several years now, and they’ve consistently been fantastic. I have quite an unusual make of car, which makes it difficult to find parts for it when things do go wrong. Mike and the team have always gone out of their way to help me source parts, thoroughly checking them to ensure that they were correct. This has been quite a long and drawn-out task in some cases, rather than being as simple as calling up a supplier and providing a make and model. Despite this, I’ve never felt as though this was too much trouble for them. At one point, they even organised collection of a part for me from Yorkshire while my car wasn’t roadworthy. Similarly, during this period my car had to stay with them for quite a while, but they were very accommodating. After my car had been repaired on this occasion, I mentioned that I would be going on a long journey, and they double checked the tracking and tyre pressure for me before I left. Mike the manager will always take the time out of his busy schedule to ensure that he explains exactly what work has been carried out. They’re very genuine with you – a prime example being my rear brake pads, which were an advisory on my latest MOT. They explained that once they had removed the wheel, the brake pads were still sufficient and so there was no point in fitting new pads when the old ones were still more than fine. Any other garage might have fitted the parts anyway, but Mike and the team always seem keen to save their customers unnecessary expense. All in all, I would really recommend Kwik Fit Outer Circle Road to anyone. They’ve been nothing but accommodating, and I think any other garage might have been a bit fed up with the number of things that seem to have gone wrong over the last couple of months, but this has never been the case for Kwik Fit Outer Circle Road. 11/10 service – I couldn’t have asked for any better!

This garage is the best! I have been coming here since I moved to Lincoln in 2020. The garage definitely deserves a 5/5 for just being amazing at what they do. It's never too much trouble. I have been taking my suzuki (Rosie 😉) for her annual MOT and checks and I have always recieved exceptional customer service. Mike is just amazing. He makes sure everything is completed promptly and efficiently. There was one slight delay in getting Rosie a part fitted which wasn't urgent. Yet, because of this Mike allowed Rosie a discount which was extremely above and beyond. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone. Thanks for being so helpful. You all deserve a bonus .

I came out of work at 5pm to a completely flat tyre, I am absolutely useless when it comes to anything car related and thankfully had my colleagues to help me use the liquid that sealed the puncture so I could get to Kwik Fit.. I didn’t get there until gone 1815, yet the staff were so lovely and happy to work past their closing time just so I could get my tyre sorted. Thanks to Mike for fitting my mini hatch in at short notice to replace 4 tyres for me. Mike sought the stock quickly and managed to get the tyres on site and replaced them in less than a couple of hours despite it being a busy Saturday. Great service!

Noticed tyre pressure down on my NSF Sunday 12th June. Due to drive to Hitchin the following day so needed to sort ASAP. Fortunately Kwik Fit had just opened on outer Circle Road. Greeted by Jamie who advised he would try to get it reviewed today in between all the other bookings. If not he booked me in for Monday am first thing which was very reassuring. An hour later Jamie telephoned and advised I had a screw in the tyre and also alerted me to a couple of other issues requiring attention. Very informative. 1pm - Jamie advised that car was ready for collection and all issues sorted. Price very reasonable. Thanks to Jamie and his colleague for responding so quickly as my trip to Hitchin was definitely in doubt. Excellent, professional service would highly recommend.

Kwickfit, outer circle road are AMAZING. I had a flat tyre and managed to just about drag my car to Kwickfit. It was 5.30pm and the garage was severely understaffed by no fault of their own. They still managed to fit me in and I drove away 10 mins later. I was so upset when I first arrived, over an hours drives from home and clueless how I’d get home if I didn’t get it fixed. Myself and my husband drove over from Bakewell, my husband was teaching at the college all weekend, unfortunately on the way over our rear drivers tyre started to let pressure out, so hubby used the portable inflator, continued on our way I dropped hubby of and waited until 10am when kwik fit opened, there were only two guys working but they fitted my car in when they were able, I cannot thank these guys enough there was a screw in my tyre, they changed it with a new replacement tyre, so all I can say is that they were fanastic, they were so busy but managed to fit my car in brilliant service. I was turned away with my issue from a couple of other companies - these guys spent 2 hours hammering away fixing my jammed wheel nut which was over tightened by another garage. I went in to get my front wiper fixed and the gentleman took a look at my rear wiper as well that had been damaged by a baboon from a safari park. He managed to fix it in minutes and saved me a massive bill if I had of gone to the main dealer. Always get 5 star treatment from mike, and his technicians are actually really clued up in the tyre business which is actually really hard to find. If like me you've had nightmare experiences with other garages then these are the guys to save the day. They genuinely listen to everything you say and I would not shop anywhere else. Big reason for leaving a review today is based on their Covid-19 Protocols. They are taking the situation very seriously and are doing everything in their power to make sure all customers are safe. I have not always had a good experience of Kwik Fit elsewhere, but since moving to this area and coming into contact with the branch in Outer Circle Road, Lincoln I have been very pleased indeed. Friendliness and efficiency both in respect of new tyres and servicing/MOT. I had need to call there recently with an urgent need of repair and that was handled very smoothly and attended to immediately. Can;t speak highly enough of the team there.

Great service provided by the Kwik fit team - I called in to the shop out of the blue on the off chance they could fit me in there and then with a tyre that was going flat - I waited only 20 minutes, they diagnosed my tyre deflating issue as the valve and not the tyre and then fitted a new valve for free when other garages have charged me £25-£30 for this in the past for the item and their time! Amazing service at Kwik fit outer circle road, I took my car in because we couldn't get the locking wheel nut off to change the tyre, they tried everything to try and help which wasn't an easy take, with no luck my last option was to get it welded off, until Jamie came out and asked if he could give it ago, 10 minutes later with help from damo and some elbow Greece he got it off, and then also fit me in that same day to change the tyre. Booked and paid online, very straight forward. Rocked up for my appointment and it was discovered that I needed something from the main agent before they could do the work so I nipped down the road and got what was needed. By the time all this had happened my appointment time had elapsed but I was asked to wait and they would fit me in. I only had a shortish wait and my 4 new tyres were fitted and all the other extras done. Jobs a good'un. More than happy with the treatment and service I received. Mike called me before my appointment to check I was happy for the appointment to go ahead. He double checked what time I would be dropping the car off. The process was smooth and easy. Mike called me when the servicing had been complete, however I did not have any communication of what time it was likely to be finished. I dropped the car off at 8.30 and didn’t receive a call until 5.50pm. I was slightly worried as I had work the next day. This being said, on arrival to pick my car up, Mike did apologise and it turns out they’d just had an unbelievably busy day which I can totally understand. All good on checkout and will be returning back due to the good customer service.

You know when you have one of those days and at 4.45 on a Saturday you notice you have a flat tyre and your 120 miles from home. I phoned Kwikfit Lincoln and got Mike. All I can say is WOW he checked the stock for me and said to get there as soon as I can and he would hold on for me until I got there as he said i couldn't get home otherwise. These guys did all they could in the circumstances and this is all you can ask of professionals, which they certainly are. Rang up as changed my wheel myself, struggled tightening one of the nuts back on so asked if it was possible to take it down for them to check the nuts, he said it was fine and he'd check it when I brought it down. When I got down there he was on the phone but he acknowledged me as I came in, when he got off the phone he dealt with two customers who had been waiting since before I'd got in quickly, he then dealt with me, found out a torque wrench and checked all my wheel nuts on the car, found that 2 were loose, all in all a more than satisfactory trip, and I now have peace of mind without worrying about my wheel falling off!! Went down again a few days later (19/01/20) as my light bulb was out, again the service was excellent, despite of the amount of customers ahead of me and it was nearing closing time they still sorted the problem out very quickly, even though it meant they were late shutting shop, another enjoyable experience and I will definitely be back. Following a bout of carelessness on my behalf, I managed to puncture my 2 near side tyres leaving my car totally immobilised last Saturday lunchtime. As with with most cars today there is no spare tyre or jacking kit with my car. So with the help of a friend I went to see Mick (Manager) at KwikFit Outer Circle in Lincoln to ask if it was possible to get someone out to fit 2 new tyres, he said unfortunately he couldn’t as it was Saturday and they were extremely busy, but he would ring me on Sunday to arrange for him or one of his team to come out on Monday morning to sort out the problem. Mick was true to his word. He rang me before 9.30am and arranged for his fitter Darren to come out (twice) to take off the 2 wheels, take them back to the depot, fit new tyres and bring them back to be refitted all within the hour. The service and commitment from Mick and his team is of the highest quality and I can’t thank them enough.

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting this fantastic team the other afternoon when I called in to have my brakes checked. Quickly ascertained that I needed discs and pads, hardly surprising as it is by no means a new vehicle. Quoted a great price to supply and fit replacements. Sadly one of the rear callipers has seized and needed replacing. Unfortunately this was discovered after the parts suppliers had closed for the day, and indeed after the centre closing time too. Not to be beaten the team tried everything in their power to get us back on the road. Unfortunately there was no alternative but to leave the car with them until the morning when new parts could be obtained. It was well after their closing time that they made sure we were able to get home and back to collect the following morning.
