After my vehicle was damaged my insurance company sent my car to this garage, I was a little nervous from reading old reviews but should not have been. They have done an amazing Job getting my car back to as good as New. Alot of work that cannot be seen from the outside plus the body work. I was kept informed every step of the way, They provided me with a courtesy for the duration of the repairs. Which was delivered to my home address and then once repaired my car was delivered to me at my workplace fully washed and valeted. Thankyou To Crossleys Liverpool

Fantastic service from start to finish. Totally professional and wonderful communication to keep me informed of the process and progress regarding my car . There was problems regarding a courtesy car from the insurance’s due to the fact my license was less than 12 months. This was all sorted by Ste and he went the extra mile to make sure I could still commute to work . Car was returned in a immaculate state , and repair work was second to none . I called in to get advice on a small scratch on my car and to get a price, Dealt with Lynsey who was extremely helpful – she had one of her staff come out who polished the scratch out and topped up the water all free of charge. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of all of the staff – will most definitely use this garage and recommend in the future to my family, friends and nhs colleagues .

My car went into repair as an insurance job at their liverpool garage, I had a couple issues at first with 2 different men saying they will call me back with updates on the car and they didnt. I then spoke to a lady called Maria, she was extremely helpful. I found out my car had been transported to their garage in Poulton, Blackpool. I was not informed or asked for permission for it to be moved however, they had good motive to have the repairs done quicker but...I had an issue with a new insurance and needed to fit a blackbox and could not get to Blackpool, Maria was very helpful in this situation and arranged for it to be taken to Blackpool for it to be fitted by an employee, I did have to travel down to their liverpool garage to deliver it. My car was finished just after 1 week of it being in the Blackpool branch. I cannot fault the repairs and I had very good service from the managers.

My car was involved in an accident, insurance sorted out for crossleys to carry out the work. Car was picked up on the 20th dec, and I have now got it back 18th Jan, considering Christmas was in between I think they have done amazing to get the car back to me this soon. When I have rang up the staff have been very helpful and they have explained everything to me clearly. I would definitely recommend Crossleys. They also dropped my car back to me which was very helpful as I didnt fancy driving to Liverpool with a 4year old. Thank you Crossleys

Chester Cathedral is wonderful, book a tour which is not expensive which you will enjoy as you will hear the history of this beautiful place...Chester itself is a fabulous Medi Evil town but originally Roman and actually one of the first cobbled Roman roads built from South to North led to Chester..
