aussie travellers in uk for 5 weeks and got a flat tyre. arrived at 9am and was told they were fully booked that day. but Sean saw our distress and heard how we couldnt wait to get it changed so took control and changed the tyre himself, even though he was in the office working. Sean went over and above customer service and had us on the road within 40mins. he sorted out everything. thank you so much Sean, you saved our travel plans

Brilliant and extremely helpful, especially the manager Colin recommended I replace my tyres as the tread was low, was very knowledgeable about the products he even took the time to show me how many millimeters of tread was left and gave my car a once over, the center was clean and professional and all the fitters were great.

What a fantastic service! I had got a tyre blow out last night and was stuck roadside, recovery vehicle only managed a very temporary repair and told me to only drive it to the very nearest garage as it wouldn't hold. Kwik-Fit Knotty Ash came to my rescue. They had the tyre in stock and even though they did not have any appointments available they were kind enough to fit me in. They had my car for just two hours and managed to fit a new tyre for me in between appointments so I could be back on the road again quickly. Lewis was an absolute superstar! Had a Tyre puncture and was an emergency, came into Kwik Fit to see if it could be repaired or replaced as it was flat and I wouldn't of been able to drive it anywhere. Just used Kwik Fit Knotty Ash and very impressed with service and staff. Chris answered phone and agreed I could call in in 5 minutes to check for damage under vehicle after hitting a kerb. Chris checked right away and found no damage but noticed the need for 2 new front tyres which could be fitted whilst we were there. Not really fair as it was just before Christmas and guy was on his own, but i had 2 punctures and had already tried 2 other kwik fits who turned me away, but he helped and said he had no puncture plugs and could only change tyres. Luckily(or not) both tyres beyond saving and had to be replaced so he managed to get me back on the road. Fairly fast service considering he had to answer phone and deal with incoming customers aswell, thankyou.

Manager offered his umbrella but he could not find it. He then dropped me to my office in my car. This is what I call customer service! Technically they are good anyways.

I have to say, this was the first time I’ve ever used Kwikfit for an MOT. You book your slot online & pay different rates for the time of day. Much like booking a slot for online shopping to be delivered. I arrived 10 minutes early & my car was worked on almost immediately. The full MOT took over an hour but was carried out by a very nice man. There was no slacking off on this MOT I was watching. Every inch of the car was checked throughly.
