Had an issue with my Mercedes that 2 other garages couldn't find and called these guys. The owner was more than happy to have a look even though he knew I had a warranty with another garage. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a missing bolt from the engine mount and problem fixed for pennies. I cannot thank them enough for their time today. Fantastic company to deal with.

I have used Independent Mercedes for a few years now mainly for service, MOT and repairs if required including tyres. The team has always been extremely professional and informative. Before moving to Independent Mercedes, I used Mercedes-Benz Retailers in Dundee and Edinburgh, but I must say that Independent Mercedes delivers excellent service and involves the client in decision-making. Took my BMW 320 in to the garage to get my crank shaft pulley bolt cracked as it had been on the car since manufacture (15 years ago). True to his word Danny said hes never had a nut/bolt that he couldn't remove. Danny removed the old pulley and installed the new one. I can not recommend this garage and its team highly enough. I will definitely be using this garage again in the future.

Problems with the water pump and thermostat. Quickly diagnosed and expertly fixed. Fast service and response. Genuine BMW parts used. Labour cost £50. per hour, probably the cheapest for miles around. Courtesy car is available for £12.50 per day. MOT is only £30. I highly recommend this Company. RK

I used to always take my car to western, but after the care I received there I decided to try something more local that would include me in the goings on of my car more than BMW themselves. Since I switched I wouldn't go anywhere else, the care and attention given to your vehicle during it's repair is of a much higher standard than I believe it is with western themselves, and Dani is great as explaining what/why a repair is necessary which to someone who is into cars, values very much. Always genuine parts and always genuinely try to look out for you. I wouldn't go elsewhere with a BMW now.
