Excellent service! A driver collided with me on a roundabout and severely damaged the left front wing and bonnet. My car was picked up, repaired and delivered back to my house with minimum fuss. After repair, the car looks pristine. Could not have asked for better - Acton Coachworks even repaired a small dent that I had not mentioned! Thank you to everyone at Acton Coachworks.

Excellent repair of the damaged paintwork on a couple of areas of the car. They are busy so allow a couple of weeks for the work to be completed. This was a problem for me but it was sorted out to my satisfaction. Good communication - Sunita is a delight to deal with.

I'd give this business 6 stars if that were possible. In spite of the great reviews on the internet, I was a little bit concerned turning up in a family hatchback with a misaligned driver's door, as I noticed that they had a yard full of supercars waiting to get straightened out. I needn't have worried. I gave them the car at 4pm on Monday. At 9am on Tuesday, they called to say it was ready. The door is now in better shape than the day the car left the factory. They then presented me with an invoice for £100 LESS than their estimate. To top it off, you couldn't wish to deal with a more professional, friendly and pleasant group of people. I live fairly close to their base, but would seriously consider travelling the length of the country for the sort of service they offer.

I would highly recommend Acton Coachworks. I had my Stage 2 Audi RS5 Sportback Vorsprung repaired, due to a minor dent on the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was fixed to a high standard, as well as in a timely fashion. Their ability to paint match Audi’s special Turbo Blue paint was second to none. I opted to have Acton’s drivers collect and deliver the vehicle to my house. This process was seamless and hassle free. I would therefore highly recommend this service, as well as Acton Coachworks as a whole to repair your vehicle.

Excellent service provided, a rather large dent completely removed. Excellent communication from Sunita. They didn't try and raise the price once they had the car. I hope I won't be in the situation to use them again but would definitely choose them for any future body work.

The works were carried out to a very high standard and they even valeted my car inside and out before collection, very clean and professional. Stephen Wren, my contact was very friendly and so helpful with the process. He kept me constantly updated on progress. The process with my insurance company was very smooth due to their use of an internal system to manage insurance claims. After I had my accident my husband told me to contact Acton Coachworks as they had recently done work on my brother in-laws car. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Stephen who was really lovely and very friendly. He made me feel at ease and checked the car over to see what damage had been caused. He also put me in touch with a company who would help make sure I didn't lose my no 16 year no claims bonus, as the driver went into the back of me whilst stationary. I thought is was above and beyond their service and greatly appreciated it. I chose Acton Coachworks on the strength of its online reviews. I took my Lexus for an estimate on-site, and to checkout the workshop. From then on, the process was a breeze from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off service was a real plus. A huge thank-you to Stephen who provided an estimate within hours, kept me updated and handled issues/requests promptly and efficiently. Two new doors sprayed and fitted on drivers side after accident damage. Looks as new, can't tell there was ever an accident!! Paul and Sunita very easy to deal with, answering emails promptly and efficiently. Pick up and delivery of vehicle also very efficient, arriving when they said they would. I needed the car back by a specific date and Action Coachworks made sure they met the deadline. All in all more than happy and would use them again. Icing on the cake is that their quote was very reasonable compared to some others I had.

I had a very hard paint job on a performance car (Selenite Grey Matte) done to a very high standard (factory spec). Turnaround time was exactly 5 working days - which is quite rare for such a hard job. Excellent results, very happy.

I bought my car in for an estimate , estimate was emailed to me within the same day and the car was booked in for the following week. Estimate was cheaper than anywhere else as well. Right from the very start when I brought my car in, I was treated with calm help, good manners and confident expertise. There was a characteristic argument from my insurers which Chloe deftly handled. I had a time estimate of 10 working days, which was fair enough but the job was completed in 8. Throughout, I was kept in the loop by Chloe, who was outstanding. I collected an immaculate car (it was new last June) and it was almost better looking than when I took initial delivery of it. I rate Acton Coachworks top of the league and, if I'm unfortunate enough to have an accident, I will use them again. Definitely 5 stars.

Love your car even after the accident when your insurer considers it as uneconomical to provide quality repair due to its foreign origin and/or age. Then head-on to Acton Coachworks which did a superb job on our Jeep Grand Cherokee despite its US origin and 10+ years age. Their estimate was accepted by my insurers (and was a third less than their preferred repairr shop!) and work done was commended by our Jeep service outlet. And the car has since proudly done several weeks and 3000 miles road trips across Europe with no problems. In summary - great friendly and competent staff helping you to overcome the traumatic post-accident blues!

Really good experience dealing with Acton Coachworks. Front office staff are 10/10 and can't faulted. It can be tricky co-coordinating them with insurers (which is as much a fault of the insurer I use) but they do keep you updated, offer drop off and collection and loaner cars, all good and very helpful. If I could give 4.5 stars I would instead of 4.

Outstanding service, and really great staff. You don’t really want to have to use a body repair specialist, but when you do these are the ones to go to. Instead of exploiting your misfortune, they do their very best to find you the cheapest and simplest solution. I went preparing myself for at least a £1,000 bill (after some telephone quotes), but they managed to do the job perfectly using less drastic measures, and subsequently costing me under £200. And they did this all around my complicated diary on a tight schedule. Wonderful team.

Top Notch Bodyshop! I crashed my new Audi TT RS, there was suspension damage and body work that needed repairing and I was seriously distressed! Acton Coach-works took delivery of my car and did such a great job of it that I can't tell the difference. It's as though the accident never even occurred and I'm very pleased with the outcome. From start to finish Paul kept me informed and up to date with progress and all the staff there demonstrated a level of professionalism rarely seen. They even provided a new courtesy car! The whole experience was hassle-free and with a quick turnaround on completion. When I saw the class of vehicles they were working on i.e. Bugatti, Bentley, Ferrari, and Lamborghini etc, I knew I had arrived at the right place. I would highly recommend Acton Coach-works to anyone looking for a top class, quality repair. Thanks guy's!
