100% Happy. Neil knows his mustard. He made everything possible and easy. Penny was awesome always on top of the booking process. Had my Mercedes Sprinter speaker upgraded but kept the OEM head unit. 10/10.!!! I cannot recommend Neil at Creative Car Sounds highly enough !!! I entrusted my Ford Capri to him for a full security fitment. His knowledge, advice and experience far outweighed all the online research I done. After agreeing what products he was goung to fit he really listened and went out out his way to give me the discreet installation I wanted being an old Ford ! He really did an amazing job and was only too happy to run me through everything when I went back to pick up the car. Nothing I asked of him was a problem and it was easy to see he has been doing this a long time and really knows what is what. I am so happy with the brilliant work he did and one of my mates who also has a Capri will be getting in touch with him soon to have some work done on his. Neil is really sympathetic with how fussy classic car owners are when getting this sort of work done so I could not have come to a better person. Penny was so friendly too and she kept me updated during the day which was really appreciated. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Neil and Creative Car Sounds. Recently had the pleasure of having a new security alarm fitted to my work van by the team at creative car sounds. Neil carried out the works for me and was extremely polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything that he was going to do for me and demonstrated the different features of the alarm on completion. Best place to get any interior work done, Neil was very knowledgeable and it shows in his work and skills. Installed a new head unit, very professional work. The best part is if he notices any thing in the car that is out of order or can be arranged better he will do it for free, but the best thing being he will fix what u already have rather than charge you for a new one. Lived up to the very high praise in all the reviews. I had a simple job done on my 2014 Mini cooper to replace the standard door speakers with some high quality replacements. I had emailed Neil with my questions and he was very helpful by reply on the email suggesting some BLAM audio direct replacements. He answered all my questions very knowledgeably and was very efficient in the job, even installing a little sound deadening in the doors without charging extra. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get work done. Mine was a simple job I would definitely feel confident with his knowledge and ability for far more complicated installations. Exemplary service from Penny and Neil: Penny in terms of ensuring that the right parts were ordered as well as confirming the day before that I was still attending my appointment through to Neil who fitted the actual stereo and answered all my questions before he started. I wanted a simple solution (i.e. a single din stereo to get my music from my phone to play through the car's stereo as well as being able to make phone calls, all over Bluetooth). Not only did Neil get it installed and set up correctly the first time, he was also very knowledge, approachable, and helpful too. And the icing on the cake? Reasonably priced too. Brilliant service from both Penny and Neil. Penny was so lovely and approachable when I first visited the shop to pick out a stereo and helped me pick out the perfect one to suit my needs. I went to have a Dashcam and Say Nav installed at Creative Car Sounds. The owner, Neil was very friendly and polite and asked me where I would like the position of the Dashcam and Sat Nav. He explained clearly what he would do and how the cables would be fitted and showed different ways the systems could be installed. He also suggested how I could have a rear Dashcam fitted with the other system I had. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. The cables were fitted neatly and secured with clips. The trim panels had been replaced after the work exactly how there were when I bought in the car. It was very clean and tidy where the cables were fitted and he checked that I was happy with work he had carried out. The lady on reception was very polite, friendly and helpful as well. Hi everyone who appreciates unstinting service! I called in for some advice today and expected to be asked to book an appointment for an appraisal of my non functioning DAB car radio. The reception lady called to the owner who appeared from a back room, listened to my wants and asked where the car was. Just outside I replied. In less than 5 minutes he had the power wire identified as not being connected to a distant harness which was hidden deep within the dashboard. Loose connection! All done in a trice. Perfect reception restored. No charge, despite me offering. Hence this testimonial. If I ever need audio or dash cam work or similar, I'll be back! Nigel.

The customer service is pretty good, but the quote I received was a joke! I was told that the installation would set me back £96.00 and the stereo system offered to me was overpriced by £40-£50. Neil seems to know what he's talking about but bombarding customers with loads of information is typical salesman tactics. If you want an overpriced service then go ahead.

Brilliant service and highly recommended! I’ve just had my second bit of work done and can’t praise this place enough. After initially popping in for some advice I chose to have a DAB head unit installed. I was extremely pleased with the results, especially the neat workmanship of the installation of the unit, aerial, microphone and steering wheel controls. The talk through on how to use it was great too. I then returned today with an active subwoofer I had purchased myself to be installed and again I am very pleased and grinning like an idiot. In fact I have just got back from a jaunt around Winchmore Hill, polluting the air with my beautifully balanced noise and also managed to set off someone else’s car alarm as I drove past. (Bishmore Hill, I promise I will try to be a bit more mature /considerate in future!) The service is fantastic and the advice I have been given has been very helpful and informative. Both experiences have left me feeling confident and happy with my purchases and I will definitely return for anything else I need in future and will recommend them to anyone that will listen. Thanks for everything Neil (& Penny!) I’m proper happy!

It all started with a phone call. This was the 7th audio shop I had contacted to enquire about installing a head unit in my car. Penny answered the phone and I was sold there and then. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind enough to squeeze me in that same day for the guys to inspect if the unit I had purchased was appropriate. It wasn't. But they ordered the parts I needed and booked me in for the weekend to have it all installed. The unit itself turned out to be problematic and took Neil and Michael some time to install due to the poor quality of din and fascia. The blow came when it was all installed and the device didn't even work. I was devastated as it was an expensive unit and had already taken so long to install (through no fault of theirs). Neil offered a solution and invited me back to have a new unit installed without any extra charges the following week! It is so nice to deal with such decent and kind-hearted people. This goes far beyond just customer service and making money. They have a fantastic business, and the reason it maintains a high standard is due to the fact that they are absolutely committed to delivering the best level of service a business can offer, and you can see they are passionate about their work. I haven't been made to feel so comfortable and welcome in an establishment as I was in this place. Penny is THE BEST receptionist you will ever meet and I feel i've made a friend for life. Neil...Michael...thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. My unit works great and I couldn't be more grateful for the time you put aside for me and the kindness you displayed. I'm basically adopting you all as my second family and will popping round to see you again to have my windows done. So for anyone reading this and seeking advice, don't bother looking elsewhere. Honestly, you'd be wasting your time. If it's professionalism, speed, efficiency and affordability you're looking for, you need to just pay these guys a visit. I had a small budget and orderd a sub that was too large to fit in the back of my E93 convertible and Creative car sounds recomended a custom fitted box made perfectly to measure, the making of the box and instaltion was fast and high quality (day or 2). Unfortunately the sub i orderd online was faulty (this had nothing to do with pionear sounds fitting) and needed to be sent back they kindly helped me restore the sub in to its original box soldering and all so it could be returned and held on to the custom box I had already had made for when my new sub would be deliverd and re fitted. The new sub arives and creative car sounds picked right up where we left of and fits new working speakers in to car the same day i droped them off ! It really was a great customer exsprience and I highly recomend you pay them a visit. Hope this helps!

Best audio products on the shelf. Best audio shop in London with over 30 years experience. On my bmw e30 they fitted remote start, alarm, tracker, head-unit, speakers, amp and sub and on my Vito 639 reverse camera, double din head-unit, component speakers and active sub. Customisations can’t define what they can do. Would definitely go back for upgrades soon.
