J. H.This was my first time using Dee Bee's, for an MOT and full service of my 2018 Polo and all in all, they have done a fantastic job. I originally booked in online for the MOT but informed them the front tyres would likely need replacing as well as a service, but I was told they would run the MOT first to identify any issues before I had to commit more money than was necessary. They called me up as soon as the MOT was complete and made some suggestions as to what needed to be done but put me under no pressure to commit to the recommendations. Everything was done in a day and I will definitely be returning for the next MOT and service. Thanks guys!

D. S.I went to Dee Bee for an MOT for my C-class (for which they had a great discounted rate on offer) and to check the air con pressure (as it wasn't getting as cold as it used to anymore).
Once there I also asked if they can sort out my steering as the wheel wasn't straight and the car was pulling to one side quite noticeably (after I replaced all 4 tyres and did tracking at National Tyres, where they messed it up completely multiple times).
The MOT and tracking was done promptly and I am so happy the car drives straight again. They did an excellent job and the steering wheel is dead centre now.
Two advisories from the MOT, which I said I'll fix myself.
They also told me the air con pressure was low, which I expected. Regarding that, there was a bit of a misunderstanding as on the phone I had explained I would want the air con topped up another time, before next Summer, when I need it again. But when I arrived to collect the car they were in the process of topping it up. I must admit though that I wasn't very clear on the phone and understand why they would have misunderstood. Anyway, now the air con works properly again.
Overall I feel like I received a good service and that the mechanic is experienced and very good. I also never felt like I was being pressured into having anything done by them, but was offered my options.

There was a problem with one of my tyres which they offered to sort out if the garage that serviced it were unable to do. Today I took car back for the re-test which was fine and PASSED!!!!
