Great garage! Despite being busy, they fitted me in to check out a funny engine noise which i was worried about, and then fixed it straight away. Efficient, reasonable and professional. I can understand why they had cars queuing for an MOT!

I had been looking for a garage for a while my mercedes had a few issues and advisories. I contacted Direct garage which is located not far from me. I spoke to a really nice lady Pauline and she help book my car in. I was dreading the cost as I just had a baby. The price was excellent I was happy yet relieved. The service is high class and I would highly recommend. I have since been back to do my MOT and will be booking in my service shortly. I will be firmly sticking to the garage.

HONEST! I have been using this garage for 3 years now and I cannot praise them enough. They are very fast and extremely honest with all their customers which is refreshing in this day and age. I have recommended them to numerous friends who all have said they are happy with their work and surprised by the reasonable costs and transparency. It would be great if all businesses conducted themselves this way by putting their clients first and also not charging ridiculous amounts. Good stuff!

Picked this place for my MOT because it had good reviews. Called up and the lady was very kind and helpful and my car only needed a small amount of work before it could be passed. When I asked how much it would be to sort out on the phone, he gave me a price but didn't mention about the labour (I've not been driving for long so didn't know how it works). When I picked it up he had charged for labour and when I told him he should've given me a heads up as I needed to make sure I had enough cash on my card and he got all defensive and kept saying "you think we work for free!?". I work in a service based industry and you have to assume people don't know what they're doing. Explaining that you have to do xyz to do the job and apologising for not making it clear would've been a good start. It's a shame as I wouldn't recommend this place now based on how his attitude completely switched and how he walked off swearing and muttering.

Very helpful, thorough and friendly. They managed to squeeze me in last minute when I realised my MOT had run out. Thorough and fair and had a chat with me about the car afterwards to let me know of a couple of advisories. I will use them again.

I dropped my car in unexpectedly when it started making a horrible screeching sound. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the parts and fix the problem all in the space of an afternoon. Can’t praise high enough, after being told I didn’t need new tyres from blackheath tyres next door, I popped round to book an MOT as I was local and the tester even had a little look before hand to confirm! Booked in, turned up a couple of days later, was made to feel welcomed and treated nicely. All round top job and will be looking to go back as and when the car needs an MOT / Service

had to get towed here by AA close to closing time. Left it overnight with all my belongings (I was moving out) stayed at a friends came back 11am next morning and everything was fixed sorted and at a great price too. Really reliable, friendly, safe place/staff!!!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!!!!

Brilliant service easy to book in and when they said 9.30 am they meant it and were ready to begin work straight away none of this "leave it here we will call you later" It was for an MOT and suprise suprise didn't insist I have expensive work done prior to the test unlike one large chain who insisted I needed hundreds of pounds worth of new discs fitted before it would pass an MOT. A friendly and reliable company which I have no hesitation recommending to others.

Great neighborhood MOT testing station and mechanics. They were able to fix a starting problem on my Audi that the Audi dealers failed to fix on 3 occasions and a suspension knock on my wife's Vauxhall that the GM dealer was unable to fix!

I had my cars new number plate made here . Called them in morning 10 and by 12 I had the plate fixed on my car . Amazing service , very friendly guys . Going there again for some more electrical works next week . This may be my go to garage from now on for my other cars too .
