Parts arrived within two days and were packaged well, support was great. I purchased an install kit for my car, I got stuck halfway through the self-install, but I emailed them and Mem (the support person) smashed it, they guided me on how to solve my issue and now I've got a great Sony Headunit installed in my Toyota. Recommend this place to anyone looking for AV equipment and accessories for their car. This is definitely my first stop for any parts. Even though I decided to do a self-install and did not go through them for the full install, their installation prices are justified, the work can take a while and sometimes can be difficult.

Speedy delivery. Ordered passat b6 direct replacement kit. The adapter plates from Connects2 are fine but speakers don't allow door card to sit flush as the door card is pushing against the front plastic of speaker

Had a Pioneer Apple Car Play unit installed in my 17 year old Japanese import. Allan was extremely knowledgeable and the whole process from choosing the unit, booking the installation and the installation itself was smooth. All at a decent price too.

Ordered a JVC double din Android Auto head unit VW Eos compatibility loom and fascia trim plate, which has metal brackets and screws, enabling a screw in fit. This is as secure as the stock head unit and not needing the cage provided with the head unit. The fit is perfect. All arrived next day without having to pay for 24 hour service. Upgraded loom to a CANBUS type so had the ignition feed, steering wheel control and dimming controls etc. Refund and return of original loom was hassle free and quick. Excellent advice too. Thoroughly recommended.
