I used Eden Park Motorist centre to help with the tracking of my girlfriends Vauxhall Corsa after she knocked it out on the kerb. After taking a look at the car the mechanic working on my car showed me where the issue was coming from and told me what he was going to try and do. Once done the car was perfect and steering wheel was once again straight with no play at the centre. Was really pleased with the service and honesty showed by Eden Park Motorist Centre. Would certainly recommend.

Honest bunch of chaps. Had a suspension noise on my Audi A4 which they diagnosed efficiently. Showed me the issue directly rather than just tell me it's X, Y and Z. Work done the same day for a good, honest price. Will DEFINITELY be using again on the future.

I have been using Eden Park Motorist Centre for more then a decade. Honest, professional and prompt, If you looking for honesty nowadays days its difficult to find. But with this company there is never a doubt. Went twice to change my clutch, both times they said its not the time yet. I took my Land Rover to Eden Park Motorist Centre after my drivers side glass window was stolen and the car was vandalised with a crow bar. I initially took my car to Land Rover but I was advised that I needed to wait several weeks for the repair so I placed my trust in Eden Park to carry out the repairs for me. I was impressed with the service provided as they were able to carry out the works for me urgently as I need my car for work. They were reasonable in price, I was kept informed throughout and they completed the works to perfection. My car looked faultless. I would definitely go back to them again and would highly recommend them to all.

It is indeed quite rare to walk into a garage where customer service is considered to be a top priority; very friendly, polite and professional but also attentive and honest. Despite the garage was remarkably busy, the team was swift at identify the problem, the part was ordered and fitted within two day turn around for me to collect. They took time to explain the work done and ensured I understood the process. Managers and mechanics are knowledge, dedicated and competent and what impress me the most is their consistency in the delivery of a first class service. Reasonable pricing, definitely excellent value for money, would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I took my Mini JCW in with suspected failed top mounts after a friend recommended EPMC Catford as a trustworthy garage. From the very beginning, Gaby, the man on customer side, was very professional and despite a busy garage, got the car looked at straight away by one of his team. A few weeks later and the mounts have now been replaced with genuine parts and car drives like new again. The cost of the job was very, very competitive and the workmanship is the same, if not better than some of the main dealer garages I’ve dealt with in the past. All round an excellent experience and a garage I’ll definitely be using (and recommending) going forwards. Thanks for the first class service👍🏼

I dropped my Mazda off for an MOT, which it failed on exhaust emissions. The mechanic advised and explained everything really well and showed me the emissions test results, they put no pressure on me to get the repairs done there and gave me a quote, i requested the work be done there, and to my surprise they had finished it all the next day. EdenPark offered me a good service, - the centre is clean and well equipped, the staff were also friendly and professional and didn't put me under any pressure to get the work done with them. My car also felt great to drive after the repairs - I'm really pleased, i'd have no hesitation on recommending them to others.

Not only did they fix the problem in one hour the staff was extremely helpful & price was very good compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. I took my car in as the battery keep going flat and it’s being in 3 different garages and they couldn’t find the fault , Eden park found the problem with the wires going to the alternator. They even showed me the problem they could of easy charge me for a new alternator but they were totally honest with me , they charged me a reasonable price and I was really happy the the service and the staff . Came in last Monday for MOT and to fit own part, as most garages refuse to fit customers own parts. Booked over the phone, friendly telephone manner and easy to digest conversation, received a text message and understood the cost for MOT, and own part fitting. Came in on the Monday, and arrived to find a massive help desk, waiting area and welcomed by two great chaps, named Gaby and Danny. Friendly, professional and explained what happened next, also asked if I received a text message to most probably confirm they could contact me, so I went off for two hours and was called to say the MOT failed due to the track end joint, gave me a cost-effective price, but I refused as I could fit this myself. Picked up the car and paid for the MOT and part. I then came in the follow week, today, and had the MOT retested free, no booking required but phoned to say is it OK to come in, again friendly and professional. Asked if they could do the tracking as I didn't have the tools to track the car, gave me a price and 15mins later the car was almost finished. Alex the Mechanic came out and said the work is almost finished and shouldn't be more than 15mins, then explained that tracking was out by 4 both sides, again friendly and professional service, something I haven't experienced in other garages, such as kwikfit or Halfords, and not something that is usually done by having the main Mechanic come talk about what he is doing. The garages cost are competitive, but the friendly and professional service from Gaby, Danny and even Alex made the experience different from most cold and sometimes disgruntled garages. Thank you B

I was visiting a friend in Catford when my car broke down. I do not have break down cover so I googled the nearest garage which happened to be Eden Park Motorist Centre. They came and picked my car up and towed it back to their site. It transpired that I needed an ignition coil changed, which they did. I was very happy with the service that I received and the prompt manner in which they were able to assist me. I would recommend them.

What a fantastic place. Years ago, I rang them and ordered four tyres for our car, and they ordered them. When I got there, I had given them the wrong specification. They said not to worry and if I didn't mind waiting they would sort it out at no additional cost to me. They did. Today I 'phoned them and asked if they had a tyre in stock - this time I looked at the tyre rather than the specification for our car on the web, which is obviously wrong - Yes, and quoted a price. when I got there, they looked at the tyre and said there was still life in it and offered to repair the puncture - I spent far less than I was prepared for and drove away within half an hour. Thank You Eden Park Motors I will be back when I have worn a couple more millimetres off the tyre! EDIT: I forgot to say, I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I thought I would have to give it a try - Full Marks!
