t. h.I had a problem with my 2016 mini works amp. Went to mini prior who rambled on and on, couldn't get the part . Spoke to Leonard on the phone, he goes way and beyond to help. A genuinely nice guy. He booked me in next day and addressed the issue. No messing around and very reasonable prices. If you want the best - go here.

They had all the necessary components for the install in stock when other outfits told me they needed to order components from Germany.
Then they swiftly fitted the new unit the next day after my inquiry with all the ancillaries to set the whole system up, taking time to instruct me how to operate the unit in detail.
When you get exceptional service like this you go back for more. And that's why I'm going back for another install in the New Year on my other car.
They also undercut other quotes I had by £150.00

D. S.Cannot recommend these guys enough. The owner of this business has been there for 30 years. He was friendly, and professional. He gave me a fair price and then his team got to work. They made sure that every aspect of the car stereo we got was working perfectly, staying well beyond their normal working hours to get it all right. The owner himself even got out and into the car to inspect the work and make sure he was satisfied with the job. I was so glad I chose this shop. Honestly wish I could give Leonard and his family 6 stars for their service.

He knew about the possible faults if not fitting the correct wiring that i had researched on forums and fitting was efficient and done with pride in his work. I went down to the shop looking for some speaker wire and as much as he recommended I upgrade my whole hi fi system ( which I declined ) I still left the shop purchasing his Car , Shoes and a cold piece of chicken from his lunch ( spicy 🌶 🤤 )
You won’t have many shops like this in the future , so go down and experience this shop asap !!
K.I initially bought a double din unit for my ML320 from another retailer, but it didn't fit. I called Finsbury Car Audio for general advice seeing as they were local and possibly if I could visit and he could check out my problem.
Leonard was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he was first and foremost a genuinely nice person who gave his honest opinion.
Leonard was super patient with me but recommended I go with a slightly cheaper option and I'd still be able to fit all my needs (steering wheel controls, bluetooth audio etc.)
I couldn't recommend this shop enough, they know their stuff and actually do a good job.
If you're local or far, support a family business and try these guys first.
