Turns out the other garage was not only overcharging me, they were replacing the wrong thing and Holland Park Motor Services fixed my car for just over £100. W. F.Excellent service from Ray and the team. We chose Holland Park Motor service for an MOT as it was close to home. They fit me in quickly. When the car failed, they allowed me to pick up the car and do our repairs ourselves, as my partner prefers to fix things himself. They didn't try to upsell me, which sometimes worries me being a female and knowing nothing about cars. Once the car was fixed, they took it for an MOT and it passed with no issues. The team were friendly and I felt they were honest so I would recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic.

O. C.Ray serviced and MOT’d my ten year-old Audi. He has an exceptional customer service mentality and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. He was also very honest. For example, he identified an issue with the battery and insisted on testing it in front of me to show the fault, despite my insistence that I believed him (it was going flat on a weekly basis). He clearly takes pride in running an honest business with a long heritage. I would recommend his garage very highly.
