Found what was wrong with my car after 3 mechanics failed to notice the inlet manifold had exploded. Very reasonable price to check the whole car, find the fault and fit the new manifold

Have used these guys for service and MOT for the last five years, and for fixing various problems (a wheel bearing, O2 sensor, changing tires). They've always given great service, generally turning it around the same day and charge very reasonable prices.

Great garage for repairs, servicing, MOT etc. I came across them when I had a flat tyre and they kindly sorted it out (free of charge). I went back for an MOT recently and found the whole experience friendly, efficient and honest (especially important as a female!). Highly recommended.

These guys have been fixing my car for over 10 years. They're polite, honest and they know what they're doing. They don't make stuff up, which I've had from other garages. And their rates are really reasonable. I have no idea why anybody would give them a one-star rating. But obviously they didn't want to put their name to it so maybe a disgruntled competitor or something. You're in safe hands with these guys, even if, like me, you don't know much about cars. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, ever. Thanks for looking after me guys.

Honest, friendly, helpful. I first visited J&K Rackley about a month ago through a recommendation from a friend. I was concerned that my suspension had gone. They came out straight away, had a quick look and said there was absolutely nothing wrong but would pop it up on a ramp if required. Could have quite easily said they couldn’t tell without getting it up on the ramp and taken some money but didn’t. Because of this, I booked my £50 MOT in with them. I booked on Saturday for today (Monday) and have absolutely no advisorys and passed with flying colours. Again, they could quite easily have slipped a few advisory’s on there to encourage a bit of work. They were also dealing with something that had affected their premises and work day but were still extremely friendly. We have just moved here and we’re nervous about finding a garage that we could trust as I’ve had some pretty rubbish untrustworthy ones that are out for money. We won’t look anywhere else while we live here would 100% recommend.
