These guys absolutely saved me today! CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW GOOD THIS GARAGE IS. I work as a community therapist for the NHS (which is very busy at the moment) seeing patients in their homes and my headlight had broken on my beetle and the nights are drawing in. I called the garage and despite being fully booked until the end of November they told me THEY GIVE PRIORITY TO NHS STAFF with emergencies and to drop my car by straight away. It was a complicated job to get the headlight out as the previous owner had snapped the headlight retainer- 2.5 hours later my car was in perfect working order, they had even ran diagnostics on the car and charged me an unbelievably low price for the whole ordeal! Bonus points that they are a really lovely team who are obviously enthusiastic about what they do- they had some really amazing VWs there that they were working on. It really made my day to deal with such a moral company- thank you guys 🚙

What a fantastic garage experience. I went to Jack’s for the first time to get some maintenance done for my camper. It was professional from first contact to picking up the van to take home. Nothing was too much trouble and Joseph and Vidas were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve had campers for over 20 years. These guys know what they’re doing! I would highly recommend them.

My buggy’s tyre was punctured and I walked by Jack’s garage I asked the men Where to get it fixed and he said to bring the buggy near the garage and he filled up the tier with gas for free because it was small tier, such a lovely local garage shop, the people who are working there are really kind and amazing. I'm so impressed by how helpful and honest they are. They did not have the equipment to fix my car, but instead of ending the conversation there, they very kindly answered all my questions. They explained exactly what needed to be done and how much I should expect it to cost, so I knew what to look for in other garages. I've rarely ever had a straight answer from a body shop before! I'm blown away by how much time they took to help me when they knew they weren't getting my money. Would recommend them to anyone.

Visited this garage to fix my range rover. The guys were extremely professional, very timely and serviced my car at a very affordable price. I’ve been to many garages where you get the sense that they are trying to rip you off, I really did not get that feeling here which is refreshing! It usually takes a lot for me to write a review about anything online but Jack's Garage is probably the exception. Just such lovely little details they did, and honestly for a truly specialist garage their prices don't make me wince when I get the receipt. Put the car in for an engine service and 'fix whatever else might kill me' - despite the problems with the engine (nothing they did, just the nature of T3s) the other little touches they did were superb. Even as simple as replacing the window crank, or adding a dust cap for the front wheel, things I couldn't figure out, or overlooked myself - these made the news that my engine is dying just a little bit nicer to bear. They were always great on the phone, efficient and lovely in person too. Will continue to use Jack's for as long as I can.

During a very busy period, they managed to squeeze me in for an urgent service. Really great team of personable specialists and happy to help with any questions. Car came back (courtesy wash/vacuum), and advice was objective, with options to decide on, and all done on time. I needed car back by certain time, it was ready before needed. They also referred me to someone for something needed on my car, it was 10% lower prices than I found. Joseph and team are great, super helpful and works have always been faultless. Customer of theirs for 8+ years.

We would recommend Jack's Garage for all your camper van needs. We have owned a VW T4 camper van for about 6 years now and have had all our annual services through Jack's Garage. Everyone at the garage is really helpful answering all our questions and without doubt have kept our camper running perfectly on all the long distance camping trips we have undertaken. Just last week the camper was fully packed ready to go, fresh food on board as well. The camper did not start, we drove in the car to the garage and my partner spoke to the owner Joseph. Joseph said he understood where we were coming from as we were starting to panic a bit by then, Joseph very kindly followed us in the car back to the house and started the camper with his high tec jump leads. We had left the lights on, where else would the owner come out himself so we could still go on our camping trip. Thanks so much Joseph, we are back now and had a great time. We would also like to say thanks to Vidas who is a wealth of knowledge. Thank goodness for these people who have always looked after us and always make a great fuss of you when you attend the garage, even to ask a question - very welcoming.

I have been using this garage for around 15 years and I'm sorry i havent written a review before. They have got my rusty old girl through every MOT and helped me restore her over a period of time into an absolute beauty. They always try to accomodate me however busy they are and have always been invested in helping to keep my now gorgeous van on the road .I would never doubt what they say needs doing. They even keep the parts to show you when they have been replaced. I know they had a very tough time keeping afloat after Grenfell as their customers struggled emotionally to head into the area. It must have been such a struggle for them, every day but they stayed and i'm so glad they did. I really don't know what i would do. Book ahead if you can as they are a busy and cool garage .

Brilliant service and very professional, yet friendly people. I rang them in panic as needed brake pads replaced on my VW Up! as soon as possible.
