Incredible service, our car was in for a free software update and a MOT, so a very low amount for the business. They treated me as if i was spending 1000s with them. They even cleaned and delivered my car back to me when i was unable to collect due to work commitments. I couldn't recommend them fast enough.

Great guys, very helpful and the first family run Land Rover service centre I’ve visited. You can tell these people care when you see the owner of the business get dirty and running the workshop well. James was genuinely concerned about my issue and went beyond the call of duty to help me out. This is the model that other dealers and service centres need to follow. No wonder the queen services her fleet with them!
Nothing like the useless dealership I’m tied into...cough....west london Park Royal...absolute disgrace of a dealership!

JLC are worth more than 5 stars. The team will go to extra lengths to make sure your car is looked after and given the VIP treatment. James and his team excel in their customer service and each time I walk through the JLC doors I know I am in safe hands. I am not very knowledgeable in cars but the team are so kind and patient in explaining to me what is the problem, unlike other car garages who just take your money and run.
Whatever service you book with JLC, I can guarantee you will not go anywhere else and your car will thank you too!

I would give this company 6 or even 7 stars if I could. I took my car to JLC recently as one of the Alloygator protectors had come loose on one of my wheels. I was there with my little daughter and the staff there were nice and welcoming. Not only did they fix the wheel in good time, but they also looked at the other wheels. Afterwards, they gave my car a complimentary clean which made my day. Nice owner - happy to spend time speaking with you about other cars. Heartily recommend this place.

Alas I found out about JLC just before trading in my old XK8 for a different manufacturer's model. All good things come to an end.
Glad I made their acquaintance though, JLC exuded knowledge and care. I think not being attached to a dealer is probably a plus as the emphasis is all on solving your problems not salesmanship. They fixed a potentially very tricky fault and when I got the car back, I'm tempted to say it had never run better. Excellent experience and I'm only sorry they don't do Lexus as well!

Firstly , I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to leave one this time. I have received great service from JLC LANDROVER herne hill . This is the second time I have used Them and both times I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of work they carried out. They kept me informed of the progress with my car and had it completed on time. The staff I dealt with , Josh and Barry were both extremely friendly and helpful. From now on I will ONLY be taking my car to them for everything.

My love for my jag xf is undeniable second to none,the guys at this truly, brilliant, professional garage is outstanding.
I rang James the owner, explained to him i was having an oil leak issue,without hesitating recommend to come the next morning at 8.00( considering we are still under lockdown) .dave the master technician took the car then called me in the workshop to look at the leak.

A team of dedicated people who quite simply excel in delivering quality customer service. They really do care that you go away totally satisfied, which is a rare commodity these days. Very competent in servicing and repairing Jaguar and Land Rover cars, with a friendly team of people in place.

Had my car serviced in April first class treatment.
It has now been stolen.
Went in and chatted with Josh who had dealt with my service he was so helpful booking service on a potential new car which is due in July in order to find any faults within the warranty period printed some info on ulez, tracking units,general security,history,private plates and Land Rover warranty.
Will definitely be keeping this place as first port of call in future.

JLC is THE place to go if you have a Jag or a Landrover. I have been a customer here with both brands and 10 or so cars over 25 years and I would not hesitate to say they are without any doubt the best service agent in London if not the UK. You don’t get a Royal Warrant for nothing and am only pleased I discovered them before Her Maj ! Terrific team.

Excellent customer service at a very reasonable price. I managed to get my MOT, full annual service and a few fixes done in 48hrs. My car was even dropped back to my house in South London once everything was completed, as I was stuck at work and couldn't make the pick-up date. Highly recommend.

I took my car for second time after consecutive bad experiences with my local dealership in Sidcup.
The first time was an issue with my car’s battery and the second time a small issue with my rear camera; in both occasions the service was fantastic, they fixed my car very quick and I didn’t have to wait for months to get an appointment.

From start to finish they gave perfect service, from booking to reminder to checking in, full diagnostic, quotation and completion of works. The car was returned cleaner than it has been for quite some time.

Josh one of the service advisories was great from the start to finish, was very honest and got my work carried out under warranty which Beadles Land Rover Sidcup wouldn’t do when it happened last time. Used JLC for the very first service and must admit the team is polite, super responsive answering queries, honest with recommendations/suggestions, and punctual with the service time. Absolutely delighted for the polish work offered free of charge while other service providers contacted earlier proposed a full paint work. Could't recommend them enough.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. All of the benefits of an independent specialist, with incredibly knowledgeable technicians and a customer first attitude, and they are also authorised to do JLR warranty work and servicing.
I took my two year old XFS to them to get some issues resolved that the supplying dealer failed to correctly diagnose and fix. A technician went out in the car with me to replicate the issues, and it was clear from talking to him he took pride in his work and really knew the cars well, and correctly diagnosed the faults over the course of a ten minute test drive. Within 48 hours the faults were fixed, and I'm really enjoying the car I paid for. They even re-greased the brakes free of charge, and let me know what work looked like had been done by the previous owner.
It's a refreshing change from the usual dealer experience, where you explain issues to a receptionist who has no knowledge or interest in cars, information which might or might not find its way to a technician who might or might not know how to fix it. If you live anywhere near London or the South East, there is no better place to have your Jaguar serviced.

Personally these guys are the only ones who truly represent the Land Rover brand in London. Absolutely perfect service from start to finish, Joshua Fletcher was an absolute legend and managed to make the whole process seamless for me. The rest of the teams were also great when called upon. I had my Jaguar XK convertible stored up over winter and forgot to charge my battery. I managed to get the AA out to jump start me and in my wisdom thought it a good idea to reset the convertible roof. However as I haven't used it for a while the roof then got stuck down... it then started to snow LOL! JLC are my local dealer so i called and spoke to James who sent one of his guys to my house in Dulwich. We couldn't fully get the hood latched automatically using the cars roof release button but Jeff the mechanic managed to manually latched it over which covered me until it stopped snowing. The car has now been fixed by JLC at a very reasonable cost and they didn't charge me anything for sending Jeff out to help me! Small acts of kindness go along way and that sense of care goes along way with me! I will continue to use JLC for the rest of my Jaguar days....By the way my XK is lovely and would recommended anyone looking for a great convertible cruiser to by one!

Entrusted our 8 year old treasured classic XF family saloon to the team for it's regular check-up and R&R prior to the festive season. As with the owner, age and enthusiastic usage (and a fair bit of abuse!) is catching-up with the sixth member of the family, i.e. dog, kids, wife, (in no particular order!) so unfortunately we didn't get a completely clean bill of health. Embracing the seasonal spirit, the team at JLC (with a little encouragement), were able to find a way to reduce these challenges, meaning our festive plans were left largely intact and clearing the threat of "Christmas is cancelled!". Very grateful to James and the team under him for their willingness to find a mutually satisfactory way forward. Thanks and a Merry Christmas!

Much better experience with JLC than with main London Jaguar dealerships (even though technically JLC are an official dealer). Clear communication, knowledgeable staff, and they actually care about solving your issues. Although their location isn’t always the easiest to get to, it’s worth the effort.
