Been to Kelvin's a few times. It's a great old fashioned garage where the owner and staff take responsibility for their standards. They clearly know all about Volkswagens and do a proper job of repairing them. They have all the necessary up to date gear. Came here after having a terrible time with the main dealers in Loughton, and whilst they aren't the cheapest they use OEM parts and are happy to discuss the options.

Very pleasant experience. I asked the mechanic to take a look at my car even though its a Ford and not a vehicle that KMW specialise in to see if they could repair some damage to the bumper and bonnet. After checking out the damage the mechanic called to say that they wouldnt be able to complete the repair work as it required specialised Ford parts. When I fetched my car, they had repaired what they could without the parts and didnt charge me for looking at it to assess the damage or for the basic repair work. The team were open and honest throughout the process making it clear at the outset that they may not be able to fix it and still didnt charge a fee for half the work since they werent able to repair the vehicle completely. So although I can't speak to the quality of the repair work or pricing I can say that the team were very helpful and honest.

Kelvin was very helpful and service was done quite quickly, nothing I could ask for more. Car was sanitised before service was done and Kelvin even treated my air-conditioning vent even though I didn't ask for it. Above and beyond expectation

Helpful friendly local garage. They stick to their quotes. Have found them more reasonable than Skoda dealers I used to use in Walthamstow where you pay for customer loos and a water cooler but is super pricey.

I have the greatest respect for Kelvin and his team. I turn up with some car trouble and he always sees to it as soon as he can making sure my car is fixed and safe and his charges are really reasonable . Like several of my friends, I have known Kelvin for about 30 years and would recommend his garage to anyone and everyone.
