What a wonderful service! Not only my break pads were replaced quickly and the price was reasonable, but the owner of the garage allowed me to use his computer to print a few documents I needed! That is truly a wonderful customer service! Very happy and I will be using them in the future.

Honest and helpful. My car wouldn't start I called based on the reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. The call was answered, he attended and started the car, took it to the garage and fixed it within an hour. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Quality service, transparency, honest & fair pricing with great all round customer service. Many occasions I have popped in expecting a large repair bill only to be told, don't worry the problem is just a £10 part and be charged a fair price for labour. A rarity at many money hungry establishments. I have been a customer for years and will continue to do so.

Yen is an amazing and honest car mechanic. He is my go to person whenever I have any problems with my car. He has been doing the annual service and MOT ever since I bought my car in 2015 & is 100% reliable and trustworthy, so much so that I don't have any roadside recovery because of this.

Our car developed a fault where the AA was called out and did a temporary repair. We was advised to have the repair fixed permanently by a auto electrician mechanic. We found one locally to Dagenham but had to visit the shop twice, one for the repair and the other time to get our money back and put it back before they touched it. Then we brought the car KnB. The car was picked up, fault was found and returned back. Thank you KnB!!!!!!
