If you've ever booked your car in for a service and MOT, it's likely that you've got the bill at the end of the day, picked your jaw up off the floor and sheepishly paid it (vowing to find a more reasonable deal next time and research how much spark plugs really do cost). My experience with Kwik Fit was worthy of recommendation - booking was quickly and easily done online - with great availability and a clear (and reasonable) pricing structure. They opened promptly - checking the car in and out was a breeze and, at the end of the day, there were no hidden costs waiting for me. I have no hesitation recommending them and will be back.

I’ve been doing my vehicle MOT here for the past 4 years. Yesterday one of the front tires had to be changed because it was worn out. When I got home I saw the condition of the alloy. The guy that changed the tire had no sympathy for the alloy. I know that sometimes the alloy gets a scuff when charging the tire but mine got a lot of scratches. Don’t get me wrong, it already had a scuff or two. He even dropped it on the concrete floor once. I recommend having a robber mat there because we spend a lot a money looking after our vehicles. My regret is that I didn’t check it and complain about it on the spot. However because everything took so much time I was just glad to get out of there. Even though is not close to me I was coming here because of the good service ,however I will go to my local garage next. I sow a few new faces there and I hope this is not the reason for why it took so much time then usual, and that’s before charging the tyre. I was going to give 2 stars but added one more for previous dates.

I Came for a wheel alignment couple of weeks ago i did not have an appointment but a young man named Savage helped me out, he was professional and very respectful he adjusted my wheel alignment within half an hour and he also gave me some visual advisories regarding my exhaust and tyres i will definitely be returning here well deserved 5 stars.

I had my MOT and service done again here recently - although my vehicle failed the MOT, it went through after some work which was fair. Was helped by Moh who was very friendly. It was very busy and initial 'triage' felt bit rushed as a result and could have done with a bit more Q&A which would benefit less mechanically minded people. ~ NOTE - The above review was posted 11 months ago and this update is dated 13/12/20, changing a 4* to 5* review ~ My MOT and service was (again) done yesterday and I cannot compliment these folk enough. There was an error with my online booking, however this was rectified professionally and with the minimum fuss by Moh. Danny called me back and explained thoroughly the recommended work although the MOT was a pass and I elected to have some remedial work done which was accommodated without fuss and I was able to drive away the same day a very happy customer. All the staff were friendly, efficient and professional and what is more, given the previous review I posted, I felt this feedback had really been taken on board and was noticeable with interactions with other customers not just me. It is also worth noting that the Covid compliance was outstanding and very well organised. Highly recommended. :) December 2021 - Once again used this amazing team for my MOT and service. Prompt and efficient and really competitively priced. Will be booking an interim service for the new year to iron a few creaks on my much loved (but quite old!) car 😊

Fantastic service. Had my tyres changed and when we found an issue with the wheel, I bought a new wheel from somewhere else and they swapped the tyres over, then the wheels, free of charge. Super helpful guys in there. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with the team yesterday. Went in (had not booked ahead but no problem!) with a suspected wheel bearing problem which was quickly identified. Having last visited a Kwik fit in Manchester years ago I've avoided them ever since. But I took a chance for a MOT and service since moving back. I am really pleased I did with this branch. I dropped off the car at 8.30am and was dealt with by a friendly and clearly knowledgeable person. He was nice enough to explain things when I didn't know what he referred to - making my general paranoia about being a non expert less of an issue - and he told me they'd call me when it was done and they're closing time. Had a sound coming out of my exhaust, booked in weekday am. Technician had a thorough look and said heatshield on top of one of my exhausts had come loose , he looked at all exhaust parts with me and put a screw in to hold it up. This morning I went to this Kwik Fit to get my wheel alignment done on my Mercedes under GEO Care plan. I went to several different Kwik Fit over the last two years, because under this plan you get eight alignment any time any Kwik Fit. Anyway saying that I had lots of ups and downs with certain Kwik Fit I have visited, this is the only Kwik Fit I had positive and 💯 % response with all the works that have been Carried out. The checks and the alignment adjustment on my car had been fixed and sorted. I also got summary Print out of the results of my alignment, receipt and everything that was done. I have got to say a big thank you and a shout out to Mohammed the centre supervisor his act of professionalism, kindness and customer care when handling my car, questions and queries. FANTASTIC, above and beyond, service! I had a nail in my tire and the guys worked hard to fix it to save me money. It could not be fixed as the nail was in sideways, so the patch kit could not work. They gave me a great deal on the tire I needed, had it changed out for me faster than promised, and did it all with a smile. Who could ask for more. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here, these guys were awesome. I even had another small issue with my car that I didn't know how to fix and they just walked outside to my car and fixed it for me for free and handed me my keys with a smile on there face. I wish all customer service was as awesome as these guys! Bathroom could be a little nicer, but for goodness sakes...that's my only sniffle, so I will stifle it and be happy for my great service at a very fair price with a faster than promised delivery! If I need ANY other work done, I will come here.

I had an appointment booked for 3.15pm for an MOT in which I had arrived at 3.10pm, I was told to leave the van in the parking bay, then some one came at exactly 3.15 taking the Van in for the test while I waited at the reception having free coffee. The test has taken exactly 45 minutes as I was told, Van passed and the new certificate was printed together with receipt and all the notes. I'm very very impressed with this service and highly recommend it to any one as everything went very smoothly exactly as planned and as I was told. Visited on Sunday for tyre replacement. Asked to come back after 2hrs. Then told replacement tyre would have to be ordered on Monday. On Monday was called and kept informed of what was happening with my tyre order. Informed to come on Tuesday at 2pm. Arrived on Tuesday and was seen immediately and happy with service received. The only point I would like to make is that they could have checked tyre stock and it would have saved me coming back after 2hrs on Sunday. I will visit again.

I am originally based in Slough, yet my local Kwik Fit is useless. At two occasions I was desperate for help and Kwik Fit Lea Bridge Road have helped me with an amazing customer service at both occasions. Long story short, with my second experience I needed my personalised number plate fitted in where I had my own plate holders. I was in the Chingford area and thought I'll get it done. I have initially rang Billet Road, which they said okay come in, and when I went in, they have re-worded it and fobbed me off to Clarkins (apparently they better quality tapes). Clarkins then have said no we can't fit them in, we only sell products. I have then called Leyton High Road, and they also said sorry we don't fit them, try Billet Road or Lea Bridge. I have re-visited Lea Bridge Road and Danny who has been extremely friendly and humble from the moment I have visited the store to fitting my number plate at no cost!! Honestly, Danny and other staff at Lea Bridge Road are amazing people who jump miles for helping their customers.

Here's my experience so far, Online booking was straight and simple, I didn't have any hassle booking online, right after i booked online I received confirmation on my phone and email. Visiting to the place was easy didn't get any parking issues, You have to inform them as soon as you arrive. My car was taken into inspection right on time. There is waiting room with tea and coffee facilities. Manager and staff were nice to me, they explain to me issue on my car. Now the only problem i had was their landline number, I had tried calling them around 5 to 6 times before they finally pick up my phone. And finally I didn't get any trouble pick up the car, it was again straight and simple, just come pay the cost and take your car.

When my car finally got on the ramp the work (wheel alignment) was done fairly speedily but staff shortages meant I waited for an hour past my booked time. Doesn't seem to be a connection between the on-line appointments system and the reality on site. I wanted a copy of the digital read-out but the printer refused to work. Still, the tracking does seem to be much better so that's what matters.

Team there are really helpful unfortunately I missed my first appointment due to running late and they kindly rebooked it for me the next morning. While I was waiting for my MOT an elderly gentleman came in whose car had broken down in the opposite car park and Moh helped him get a recovery vehicle arranged for him and a cab home to take his shopping, all whilst being busy with his own customers.

I got a call back soon after I left the car telling me that my car's air conditioning didn't need a recharge since it was working well enough. I appreciated the honesty of the staff.
