Darren was very professional although the site was very busy he was happy to take my car and deal with it immediately. They were going to do it but realised the issue was just a wiring alignment which they fixed in a second and sent me on my way. Colin & his colleague at Richmond garage did an amazingly quick job getting our slow punctured tyre replaced, we decided upon their good advice to get both sets of front tyres replaced at the same time. Fitted and collected the car within just over an hour and we were in a 3-4 car job queue, so very efficient service and impressed.

As always, I booked an appointment. As always, they were ready to receive the car on time. They had the tyre in stock (The BMW main dealer had insisted it had to be a new tyre) when they could have sold me a new tyre, they told me it could be repaired. Cost at Kwik-Fit: £27 - as against the BMW quote of £200. Brilliant.

Iqbal was brilliant in providing great service, providing a free full health check on the vehicle, and then listing what is required. His explanation was in detail and proved his professionalism through advising and recommending the correct fix. The work was scheduled and completed on time. Additionally, I would like to mention Darren’s level of service as I had issue with the rear wiper not being correctly fixed. He was apologetic as it was a manufacturer mistake and he ordered the replacement immediately. I was assured if anything goes then just to pop in they will be able to assess. Really excellent service. My rear windscreen wiper stopped working after snowfall, and I was so panicked that the motor would need replacing which isn't cheap. They investigated, and found it was just a fuse problem, which they fixed for free. Definitely recommend!

Arrived at Kwikfit in an emergency while staying with my mother for a few days . I had a puncture. They were very busy but when I explained that I couldn’t leave my mother for long as she’d just been discharged from hospital after a stroke, they started the work straight away. After checking all the tyres at my request, they all needed changing so we have nice tyres, all matching, with work completed quickly and efficiently . I always use kwikfit but usually my local one . I was also impressed with their Covid procedures. Thank you.

my elderly grandma recently had her service and MOT done here. Due to COVID she was slightly worried about going but when she was there she felt so comfortable as the place was covid secure and all the workers were in their ppe. They even checked her tyre pressures, oil and water and she wasn't pressured into making any purchases on the spot. Darren and Iqbal were great with her and she will definitely be returning as will me and my family due to the great customer service and respect.

I felt compelled to write a fantastic review after receiving a particularly good service from this garage, my car is not easy being a Japanese import but Jay really went above and beyond to get me on the road again in the fastest time possible which caused the least disruption to my kids and works schedule. Much better experience than other local garages. Not too pricy either, I do believe they are the most honest option in the area. Chris is a very thorough and expert mechanic too, thanks Chris!

IMPRESSIVE AND VERY HELPFUL - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - This review is by way of thanks and recommendation – because this Kwik Fit branch seriously impressed me. I’d bought a new battery here late last year, then had an MoT three months later, when the ‘car health’ report from another garage flagged up a problem: “Replace Battery” the print-out said. Couldn’t believe it. Went back to Kwik Fit at probably the busiest time of their day and explained the problem to the supervisor. I was expecting to be told to wait, and then having to endure a quibble and, at best, some offer of a discount. Far from it: the supervisor immediate came over to the car, tested it and immediately pronounced the battery needed replacing and apologized; he explained that the manufacturer wouldn’t test all batteries, but just a few samples from every batch. So, we were in and out with a new battery inside 12 minutes. They were as helpful as they were honest and efficient. Great service: I’ll be back …

The centre was super busy, but he was able to give me peace of mind by changing my brake pads and doing my tyres last minute with no appointment after being told "no" at the Welywn branch which was no where near as busy. Had my MOT done. Booked a specific time slot and pre-paid via their website. Was very easy. I dropped off the car on time. They told me to come back after 1 hour. When I came back after 50 minutes, they were just finishing. They issued the certificate and gave me the keys back. Thought that was great service which is competitively priced. I leave one star, as I think they could have a nicer waiting area with a couple of sofas and perhaps offer teas, coffees, water and biscuits while you wait. On the other hand, if that would increase the price of the service, I prefer the price to be kept low.

The service provided by the different branches of Kwik-Fit is clearly very variable, but the Lower Hampstead branch is great. I brought my car in on the wrong day and although they were fully booked, the manager Steve could not have been more helpful. I'd sold the car and was due to deliver it that day and he very kindly fitted the car in anyway. Steve says they now service electric cars. Although Lower Hampstead is a bit of a trek from my house, I'll definitely bring the Zoe I'm buying back here. Thanks again Steve!

Great! Professional & helpful staff. Excellent priced MOT. It was cheaper than any other garage close by and was not part of any deal. I was pleasingly surprised by this. Free hot drinks machine inside which is always a nice considerate touch in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend this particular Kwik fit and would also add that whilst they deal with your car, you take a 5 min walk on to Parliament hill. It’s a lovely way to pass the time and there’s a lot to see and explore. There’s the Parliament hill Lido too if you’d prefer to have a quick swim. You’re about 10 minutes walk from Kentish Town high street and pretty much have the world on your doorstep.

I read all the bad reviews only after I booked my appointment and I paid for it in advance as well. I had no complaints. The guys were professional and friendly. I was first a bit disappointed that I had to wait 1.5h for my tyres to be changed and the wheel alignment to be checked, because I paid a tenner for an express booking, but that is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The wheel alignment takes some time and they could have made that clear on the website and during the booking process. They offered to double check the wheel alignment for free in 1-2 weeks, once it settled in a bit more. It sounds a bit like they had a bad time when the management changed, but I was a happy customer today.

The good: Polite staff, fitted me in for a “free” wheel alignment check as a walk in, and also checked my wheels up on the ramp as I was worried I had a wheel bearing going. The bad: charged me £79.99 to realign front wheels, which is £15 more than ATS advertise on their website (very hard to find Kwik Fit published prices on their site). My fault for not asking the charge up front beforehand I guess.

Never let down by these guys. Both Steve and Jason at the front desk provided seamless customer service and the guys in the garage carried out the work required to a great standard. As well as a major service and the extras (break fluid, oil cleaner etc), I also required a new exhaust that I already knew about, new front discs, pads and sensor which I thought required changing and opted to have the rears changed out also which would have required work a year or so down the line. At no stage did Jason push either the front or rear discs, only advised that they were near tolerance. In my opinion you cant go wrong with the team here and I will be back.

i went to kwik-fit in gospel oak and met 2 lovely gentlemen jay and Jason i went there recently as my car had so many problems which was a slow puncture in my rear side tyre, drivers side break light was out and my left indicator wast working. as soon as i got there and told them about my car they fit me in straight away! was in and out in no time they was just lovely! tea and coffee offered to me and a right laugh couldn't ask for a better experience!

The store manager, AJ was very polite and was able to explain what he was going to do my car. Please do not go by the low ratings for this store as they are completely wrong. If you want a fast quote and the work to be done efficiently, then this is the store to go to.

I came in with a broken wing mirror, dangling by a wire on the side of my car. Darren had one of his team look at it. It was immediately fixed. 10 minutes later I was driving again, wing mirror sorted, like new!

It failed the MOT due to indicator lights being the wrong colour, but they changed these and re-tested so it passed straight away (£13.60 for both bulbs and fitting) Great service, and would definitely come here again for anything I need for my car!

I've found this garage to be great when having work done on my tyres on two occasions this year. For example, they fixed a faulty valve and were able to help me get the locking nuts off my tyres when I lost the adapter, no problem. I've found the staff friendly, quick, and competent, despite them being very busy. I can't comment on anything other than their work with tyres, but I will happily use them again.

Consistently the best for customer service! Have used this Kwikfit very happily for tyres in the past when the lovely Nadine was in charge. Took my mother's car in for an MOT today: our mechanic Tes came out in the pouring rain to tell me where to stop so I could avoid getting drenched getting out to ask, positioned the car facing the street when he'd finished so I didn't have turn it in a tight space and left us with the best adjusted wipers ever. Another mechanic Francesco led my elderly mother and me to the office through the service bays so we didn't have to venture out into the rain, pushing tyres and other obstacles out of our way and the lovely Natasha looked after us while waited.

i arrived at kwik fit with no idea what was wrong with my car my puncture light kept flashing on and off i arrived and i was approached by two staff which was more then happy to help me with my struggle after all it only toke them about half hour max to sort my car out the service is amazing they approached u with smile and amazing greetings i would recommend this garage as they are efficient reliable and fast i spoke to colleague on phone named Joseph he helped me with my problems i also had a colleague of his ash helping he was very fast but very reliable too if you go to garage i suggest u ask for them too as they work well and effiecent
