Took my car into Kwik fit this week. a little worried about a noise coming from my wheel. The centre was extremely busy but the lady Kim still managed to make a slot available for the check. I only waited about 50 minutes whilst she multi tasked phones, people coming in for appointments, dealing with a courier, service guys and tyre issues. What I experienced from Kim was rapid efficient service. She arranged for the wheel to be taken off and found a stone, no charge and I was extremely happy that I was safe on the road again.

Impressed with the customer service from Kwik Fit Whetstone today. It was a busy time and the job took a little longer than expected but Kim went out of her way to ensure all customers were dealt with as quickly as possible and kindly didn't charge me for their work - not at my request but as a New Year gesture from the business. New governor in charge no problem no drama. The MOT test engineer as well good guy has done my car for couple of years. Doesn't make faults and start charging you. I have been going to this place for nearly 20 years. Never really had a problem. But there was a time around 5 years ago when I started making up faults and charging customers which was very disgusting. Under the new management he seems like a nice guy genuine Which is what we want

Keith and his team did a great job in solving my deflating tyre problem. My week old car had nail in the rear tyre! Problem sorted in about an hour, from a booked appointment. The wait was pleasant, with moments of humour and knowledge from staff and other waiting customers.

Excellent customer service. When my car’s MOT failed, Steve arranged the new part straight away and all was fitted and re tested within 2 days. Also great communication on what was wrong and what they were doing to do to fix it. Highly recommend as they go above and beyond.

I had a faulty front side light/day light (BMW). I called up Kwit Fit Whetstone. Steve picked up the call and he said I could drop by to have the car checked out (waiting time 5-10 minutes). I dropped by, the car was taken in by Steve (really friendly chap), waited about 15 minutes, then James (another friendly chap) took the car to the garage for assessment. About 5 minutes, they asked me to join them and told me that it was not a faulty light bulb, instead, it was just a loose connection. James reminded me to have it checked out when I took the car back to BMW shop in the future. They didn't charge me and sent me away. You don't get this kind of customer relationship anymore nowadays. Two very decent service professionals. I really appreciated that!!! They earned my respect and certainly won me as a returning customer from this day onwards. Thank you Steve and James!!!

Worth going to just to see Kim (the Manager?) in action. While I was waiting for some new tyres to be fitted, she demonstrated an encyclopedic knowledge of tyres, gave good and helpful customer advice, helped out her team, reassured incoming customers and kept a grip on all the cars coming in and out. Fantastic to watch someone who knew what she was doing and who was doing it very well.

Initially nervous about garages always finding expensive faults. My family owned a private garage when i was younger and recommended them and pointed out a few checks prior to service and post service. I had a major service MOT and brake fluid change. I checked all points, clean oil, new oil filter, new air and cabin filter, coolant added, brake fluid changed and bleed through. I had four new tyres done there and that was done well as well. Really good service and very honest and helpful. Excellent staff and service ! Update March 2021 - I had two cars intermediate service here, as they were so good and priced well before. extremely good and cannot fault them. Even checked underneath the bonnet afterwards all the work was done. Good workers and great service.

I am sure that many people complain So I hope the following goes some way to redress the balance If only other companies worked in a customer friendly way, the way that Kwik Fit Whetstone did on my visit there last Tuesday My booking was for 14.30 but I arrived at 14.00 explaining to the lovely bubbly receptionist, that if I could get away quickly I would be most appreciative I didn't explain the reason for the rush, which was that my wife suffers from MS and I am loathe to leave her alone for any length of time Imagine my surprise when a young tyre fitter, having finished his last job, was prepared to delay his lunch in order to fit my 2 tyres Even more astounding was the fact that he would not accept a tip, saying that he gets his wages and that is sufficient Keep up the good work Whetstone. And for the first time in 18 years I am able to see the time. That says everything about Keith . So kind and welcoming, never in a rush, devotes himself to his job and dedicates his heart not only to his customers but also in keeping the office space clean and himself in pristine order. Always with a smile , professional presence and performance exquisite. He has all the qualities one would hope to find in a mechanic. In my earlier years I always feared taking my vehicle to be serviced. I knew I would end up having to return it many times over , being charged heaven and earth each time and on many occasions never properly finished or completed. This is why Keith is so special. He gets the job done , reasonably priced and leaving you feeling 100% content. I know for as long as Keith is in office I will always nominate him to take care of my vehicle and never have to worry that something else will happen one week or one month down the line, or that job will not be dealt with, with absolute dedication, honesty and sincerity, and worst of all being invoiced with unreasonable costs. I can safely say that a huge element of fear of mechanics has shifted from my shoulders since meeting Keith this recent week.Keith is of great value & honour to the public and should be seriously acknowledged and recognized for all his hard work and services to the industry. Had the unfortunate experience of getting a puncture whilst out. Unfamiliar with the area, I typed in ‘tyre shop’ to Google and Kwik Fit was top of the list. One phone call later and I was booked in for an assessment. Keval was very helpful and brought to my attention that my tyres were due to be changed soon. We agreed to repair the puncture for now with a view to purchasing a full set of tyres in the future. Overall, a pleasant experience in what was otherwise a stressful situation.

I’ve been really impressed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff at Kwik Fit Whetstone. They’ve done the MOT on my car for the last two years, serviced it last week, and today changed my brake discs and pads. Every time they’ve called me to keep me updated on progress, always completed the work when they said they would, and have always been professional and competent with all the work. A particular shout out to Iqbal Soltani the supervisor. He manages the place fantastically and can often be found juggling multiple tasks whilst maintaining a fantastic level of customer service - thank you!

Tried to charge me £500 for the discs and brake pads on all wheels.
