The service that I had from hear was very good. The manager didnt seem to stop moving in all the time I was there, either answering the phone or working on vehicles all in the pursuit of customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Excellent service. Came in for a review of tyres on my son’s car. Was advised that all four tyres required replacement due to perished rubber. Manager made time to show me the issue and then found a new set of tyres which were fitted within the hour. All very professional and timely. Even applied a discount as an NHS worker.

Disappointingly was told that I couldn't book an appointment to get a tyre changed, and would just need to wait 1.5hrs - 2hrs to get it changed. I called the central office and booked an appointment the following day. What a waste of time! - and tbh an unnecessary lie which made the managers job ultimately even harder, and led to more customers having a poor experience. Would go here again, just call ahead because the managers not got a clue :)

First time that I use the garage for a combined MOT and a full service. I used to always go to a Mercedes dealership. I have to say that I was positively surprised and can only recommend Kwik Step Wimbledon. The garage is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and professional. Phone you as advised when the car is ready. All paperwork is ready upon arrival and the staff, while very busy, take the time to go over the items. Will continue using their service going forward.

Excellent level of service Visited Kwik fit Wimbledon. Recently had all my tyres changed here to Pirelli sports at a great price. I also Required an oil and filter service. The correct oil was used and filter was changed and service was carried out in good time. Customer service was very good and mechanic was very helpful he pointed out a coolant leak after service was complete and recommended a few good places to have it looked at. I took my car for an MoT test. They ask you to be there early but then they started working on it right at the assigned time. Staff were polite. Little waiting room while they work on your car. Recommend.

Had a great experience with Kwik Fit in Wimbledon. They quoted to change my stolen catalytic converter quickly and much more cheaply than a nearby garage, and they fitted it within three days. Excellent service and friendly mechanics.

I had my MOT & aircon re-gas and debug done recently at Kwikfit. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming to the Wimbledon branch for a few years now for all my MOTs, services and tyres. I can definitely recommend them.

The booking for a MOT online was easy. My MOT was refused because of a cut of one of my tyre, rightly so. I was quoted some 140 for the only Bridgestone tyre in store. I turned it down because my last Michelin tyre was around 120 mobile fitted at home. I was told to get back to the garage once I fixed the tyre and they would finish the mot in between without further appointment or cost. So I replaced my tyre at Halford for £106 two days after, in the morning, and drove back to Kwik Fix for the MOT. It was the wrong time, 3 customers waiting, the centre was really busy. I thought it is only a quick check and reissue of certificate and it would be quick, but I was wrong, ended up waiting in a queue for almost 2 hours, the centre was only able to deal with my car after all other customers were gone. It is somewhat reasonable for the centre to do so, yet a very painful experience personally. My wish list: 1. I wish Kwik fix’s tyre quote after MOT was competitive, would spare me the pain all together. 2. I wish I was told that they would not be able to squeeze me in and advise me to come back the second time I was there.

I came to Kwik Fit to deal with a punctured tyre and they were so professional and customer friendly. In the end they did not have my tyre in stock to the manager called another branch for help, however they were not picking the call. He then decided to call a competitor for help, got me the price and said I could go there and apologised he could not help me today. I am giving them 5 star because they saved my day and helped to find another dealer to sort me out even though it would not be business for them. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back

I’ve been to Kwik Fit Wimbledon twice this year, both times even though they have been extremely busy all the staff have been so friendly and helpful. They patched up my tyre and honestly told me that I didn’t need a new one where as I have experienced garages in the past trying to up sell so it was a pleasant surprise. I think it has been the manager who has helped me on all occasions and he’s been fantastic and incredibly honest. I wouldn’t risk going anywhere else now, because I can wholeheartedly say I trust and value their service.

I had a nail in my tyre and took in early Saturday morning without an appointment. Although very busy they appeared to have some staff dealing with bookings and some with walk ins and the result was a quick professional service. I was updated on the situation, that they were trying a plug but it may not work but would let me know. All sorted and fixed in a timely manner on a busy day, thanks.

05/08/20 - I had two screws go through my tire and I was expecting to have to pay for new one but the guys were very professional. They did a quick inspection and said they could do a puncture repair and it would be ready in 20mins. Very good price too, would definitely go back again.

Thank God for this Kwik Fit! Unfortunately on bank holiday Monday I had a nightmare! The bracket on my exhaust was missing and so it was hanging loose. I could hear it scraping over every bump, I’m not from around Wimbledon so just typed in my phone where the nearest garage is and hoped for the best. Kwik fit was my best bet and was greeted by Peter who said he’d be happy to take a look and got my car up on the ramp. We had a few laughs & told me the issue and gave me a quote which was reasonable. Once he’d ordered the parts I was able to collect my car 2 days later and it’s running really nicely! It was a pleasure doing business with Peter! It was a seamless experience. Thank you very much.

I went in to have a slow puncture investigated. Wheel was removed and alloy was found to be damaged so spare wheel was put on. All shown and explained to me as they went and in a very friendly and informative manner. No charge was made for this as they were unable to resolve my issue. I visited this Kwik Fit yesterday morning. I had an amazing experience. My car was making strange noise when turning sharper left or right. The mechanic checked it, everything seemed fine. Even put more oil in as there wasn't enough. But I was persistent that the noise is there. He then took it for a ride and finaly heard the noise. Put the car back on the ramp and found out where the noise was coming from. I will be coming back here. I was charged nothing and reassured that my car is safe to drive. Thank you for being so patient with me.

Booked car in to have brake pads replaced. They were quick and efficient, lifetime warranty on the pads, and they filled up some of the fluids as well as checked the brake lines and fluid (which it seems VW haven't been changing during my services as the fluid is black.) Can't really ask for more seeing as I only paid for 2 pads to be replaced, cheers Hugo!

As a young woman who knows embarrassingly little about the mechanical aspects of cars I'm used to people trying to take advantage of that and upsell me on just about everything - so far from the case here. I went into Kwik Fit for a tire check and to get a rear tire replaced. The initial check was done in less than 15 minutes, and I was presented with a quick and simple resolution (replacing the tire that had a puncture as it couldn't be repaired). I asked if I should replace both tires and was told honestly that it wasn't necessary, only recommended, and I'd be fine with just replacing one. As the other rear tire was older I decided to replace it, and that was all done in about a half hour. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the guy I dealt with (I think he was the manager, I didn't catch his name) was really pleasant and helpful. Will 100% be going back whenever needed.

This is my 4 or 5 times when bought tyres from Kwik Fit using same garage for last 3 times. Staff at South Wimbledon branch was very friendly and started job on the time and finished as expected. I have choosen tyres base on German Test review using web browser so just awaited for good price at Kwik Fit and progress with order. Slightly down that are all four tyres are having different DOT (week of production). I think someone should pay attention to this not sending set of tyres with a half of year different between. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and will back for next set of tyres when needed again.

After some less favourable experiences at other Kwik Fit locations, this Wimbledon branch was a very pleasant surprise. Paid online for a new tyre in advance, was able to book a same day slot and dropped the car off at the agreed time. No nonsense, no 'you may also need new etc. etc.', just a quick new tyre fitted whilst I had a coffee. Will be back!

I booked in for brake pads at 9am, had a bit of a wait before being told it’d take a couple of hours. They called back at 12.30 with an update to replace front and rear pads, fair enough, but it’d cost £320, only 10% cheaper than the main dealer. I went ahead and was told it’d be another couple of hours. 5pm & the car was ready. Overall, good job, but all day to check & replace brake pads is a bit much, and the price wasn’t exactly cheap. Though pads do come with a lifetime warranty = free pads next time.

Replaced 2 tyres..staffs could be friendlier, bit stressed environment and weirdly both tyres were set at complete different pressures. It's the effective online process and the best rates for the tyres gives them the 3 stars from me .

Kwik Fit really is a strange operation. The Wimbledon branch is well run although as Kwik fit tend to run things on the bare minimum, Saturday mornings can be painful if someone has "called in sick" and the poor manager is running the place on his own. The biggest problem with Kwik fit though is the crazy price structure they have. If you go in their off the street you get the highest price, phone up though and they have more leeway to negotiate on price finally the internet is a totally different price and normally the cheapest. The manager normally can't match the internet price... crazy.. I've ordered tires off their web site while sitting in the waiting area before now..

What is it with Tyre fitting centres? Most of the time, almost everyone who works there is as miserable as sin. It's not just Kwik fit, but most tyre centres are exactly the same. Jeezaloo, perhaps it's the fumes, or maybe it's a prerequisite.

No one does it quicker than a Kwik Fit fitter. Access is a bit limited being directly on the highway and there's no parking so you have to drive straight in but there might not be anywhere to go/turn/stop. It's a busy garage but they want to help. Hot drinks available as you wait in the office area, no vending machine but there's a Sainsbury's Local opposite and a Co-op next door.

Had a screw embedded in my front tyre. Took it to this branch. The engineer took a look and carefully removed the offending screw. Whaddya know? .. the tyre was still intact! Highly recommend Kwik Fit on Kingston road for servicing and MOT. Easy to book online and drop off process very simple. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful and car was finished by mid afternoon with no additional work needed.
