Overwhelmingly excellent service from London Motor Centre from start to finish. I booked online for an MOT, it was my first time with them. The best online booking experience I have anywhere to be honest, super quick and easy. It said to pay once work is done. It was short notice booking, within two days time. I was a bit unsure if the online system worked as all days including following day was shown as available. I planned to call them the next day but I received a call from them first. A nice guy, confirmed the appointment time (which is not specified in the initial booking - only your desired AM/PM). I arrived at my allocated time and did not have to wait at all and was greeted by the person on the phone. A friendly technician took the keys from my car and started the inspections. There is a waiting area in the small office to keep you warm (pictured). The telephones and online systems are constantly manned so they pick up straight away and deal with your booking quickly. Was my first time. Very well managed garage and definitely coming back in the future. Absolutely flawless service from London Motor Center. A+++++++++, Highly Recommended.

Fast, honest reliable service provided by Umer, Del and his team. I went to my usual MOT garage in a different part of town last week after driving about 5 miles. The owner told me he was too busy and told me to come a week later. I called them yesterday (Saturday) morning, the owner told me to come after 2pm. I drove 5 miles again and got there at 2pm. When I got there the gaffer said said he was too busy and told me to come at 4pm. When I got there at 4pm guess what?....... yes they were too busy and one of the mechanics told me to come on Monday! I turned nearly as red as my Honda. I've got a Monday to Friday job and couldn't come on a weekday unless I called in sick and my MOT was expiring in a few days. So I googled "MOT garages open on Sundays" and Umer's garage was the nearest one. I called Umer he told me to come straight away and booked me an MOT slot. God bless you Umer & Del you saved my day and also helped save a bit of nagging from mrs. I'm your regular MOT customer now. If anyone local asks me about a good place to do MOT I will let them know about you. Thank you.

Light bulb change and MOT service booked within a few hours of making a query and completed to satisfaction in less than 1.5 hours. Staff are friendly, professional and will listen to your queries unlike some other garages who will try to overcharge and get off the phone as quick as possible without listening to your concerns! Booked in last minute through BookMyGarrage for a same day MOT and service as "Servicing Stop Ltd" failed to show up on the day. Got the car in on the same day, addressed all my additional questions promptly and professionally, and at a very convenient price. Had booked in for an interim service and a full one was performed in error, but wasn't charged extra. Fantastic service, have recommended it to friends and family and will definitely go back!

Recently I took my car for service...best way explaining this; I drive a lot to Europe UK roads and visit garages often for varying repair reasons. Twice I have been to dealership for service in Germany and I was blown away with everything they do. Best of the best...Well this guys do it even better from the moment they took the key to point I collected my car. 10 out of 10. they used original parts as i requested and the price was half of the main dealership.
